I’m very impressed by KV’s acting talent. He really brought Shaurya alive for me. I’d never known his name, but I did remember the movie zid.

I know that I have a Shaurya bias. There’s something about broken fictional men and me!! And I love that they pick strong, assertive women to love. Most stories stop at the ILU. ITV does not....so it’s nice to see a strong and assertive woman staying that way even after confession. Anokhi is not throwing her dreams aside to live as Shaurya’s woman or wife. I don’t think being called “Anokhi Shaurya Sabherwal” will sit well with her!

I haven’t seen Zidd actually, only his web series. N frankly I felt his roles didn’t do justice to his talent. But as Shaurya he could show different sides of Shaurya’s personality. Like you said , he breathes life into Shaurya like no one ever. I can’t see anyone playing Shaurya Kim like him.

Yes I am always drawn towards broken fictional men, especially well written men like Shaurya. And yes I love that they fall in love with women who challenge them, stand tall in front of them.

N exactly ILU is just the start, what comes next matters the most. What I loved the most about Anokhi is she doesn’t deny she is madly in love with him, but she will not give up her dreams for him. I loved it when she said she wants both. How many women have we seen doing that on ITV? This is one of the most important juncture of their story. How they will take it forward will be the crux of it. I also don’t think she will accept the sindhoor shaadi easily, but she might give a chance to the relationship though. I can’t wait to see what they have in store for us. 😍😍

I remember Zid because PC’s cousin was in it. I don’t think I saw the movie though.

Yes, Anokhi admits her love and doesn’t shy away from it. Her boldness is inspiring.

She tells him straight that she wants both and he keeps on wanting to be picked as the only. I did not like that she devalued love as bachpana though.
