Ranveer & Sirat - who’s still watching?

Hi guys!

So as we all know the show has clearly shifted focus from Kaira & Goenka’s to Sirat, Ranveer & now his family is being introduced exactly the way Goenkas were introduced in 2016.

Kartik’s character has no story left & it seems like he’s being kept around to ease the transition for all the characters. The promo clearly suggests Sirat marrying Ranveer & despite Karan saying he’s there only for a few weeks, the actor playing his father confirmed that their roles depend on the trp.

I am assuming once the wedding happens, they will have Sirat play the perfect bahu & fix all the issues between Ranveer & his family like Naira did for Kartik.

However, I want to know how many here are interested in Sirat & Ranveer’s story with Kartik being written off eventually? I have stopped watching the show except for Kartik scenes but even they are a bore now. He won’t stop lecturing & solving problems for every character. Sirat has been & remains unbearable to me to date. I can’t stand that woman even for a second.

But I want to know if this is my bias for the characters & the actors or does the majority feel this way? Sort of trying to gauge if trp audience will actually be on board with this shift in storyline as RS & Garima expect them to?

It’s so sad to see what this show has been reduced to yet Rajan Shahi & Garima’s ego & arrogance remains unshaken, I wonder why? Are fans the ones not able to connect the dots here? Is this rubbish actually being liked by the trp audience?

I have already stopped watching a few eps after Sirat 😔 was introduced- hate the character, her accent, her “cuteness” or whatever the f that is. She’s loud, obnoxious and a gold digger.
I thought after Siveer wedding we’ll finally be rid off her. Pray that Kirat doesnt end up happening- imagine having to tolerate this character for years. Can she and her annoying Granny and her ott family just leave already?

just take a leap with Krish, Vansh, Vatsal and Akshu.

Idk who these trp audience even are who are giving this cr@p such good numbers.

Same. I want her to marry Ranveer & get lost from this show & Kartik’s life for good but I doubt cvs will end this track anytime soon.

Ranveer’s family is being introduced, two back to back promos have centred around him & Sirat.

Going by RS’s interview, they don’t plan on bringing Naira back.

I used to watch this show till Naira - Karthik got married and then watched in bits and pieces. I came back because I am a fan of Karan Kundra, so of course I am enjoying watching him as Ranveer. Sirat is too loud for me but otherwise okay. I will continue watching as long as KK is there but I feel it's unfair to the viewers to not show Naira - Karthik unless Mohsin is leaving. Sirat - Ranveer is better than bringing a replacement for Mohsin as I can't imagine anyone else as Karthik. Curious as to why story is shifting to Sirat - Ranveer. YRKKH can now also be of friendship relation between Karthik and Sirat as love relation was already shown with Akshara in arranged and Naira in love marriage.

🤣the news portals know anyas posts are whats the future of the show-- I will admit i predicted/ raved about naira's first pregnancy being dangerous for her being an interesting plot line they should do

--rajan shahi is going to do the opposite now🤣get ready for a super lame twist guys

naira is kidnapped and kept prisoner by this family who thinks shes sirat thats the twist next🤢

same I'm watching the show for Karan kundra right now. As long he is there I will continue watching it. I left watching yeh rishta when karthik had made naira his personal punch bag like all itv leads and naira became typical itv fl instead of standing up for herself instead of others

I don't mind Ranveer's character so much. He is tolerable in many ways. But I can't stand that horrible Sirat for even a minute. So I really want them to get rid of her as soon as possible. Best thing to do at this point is go for a generation leap. They have more than enough kids in the show to take the story forward. How long do they expect the audience to put up with ShivIn doing the same stuff in different roles. KaIra at least had a magic initially which made them watchable. But this Sirat character is just unbearable and even Karthik look so worn out these days. So it is better to go for a change before audience gets too bored.
