@bold: this is my biggest issue with any fandom. Most are girls and like the male lead.
So in some ways Deba and Anokhi are an afterthought. It helps that I’m older than KV and I’m a “mature fangirl” that I don’t come to SAAKK for anything but a great story and adorable reel couple!! I read so many comments every day about how Anokhi needs to understand Shaurya, even when he’s wrong like after the library scene.
We can say Anokhi needs to give Shaurya a chance but she is absolutely not wrong for protecting herself and looking out for herself.
In real life we would applaud a young woman who went against patriarchal society standard and prioritized her education. She wants to be able to look at herself in the mirror with no regret and not look beside her for a companion. You live the longest with yourself and in the end, it’s that person that deserves your selfishness and care!!

Anokhi though she loves Shaurya. She owes herself first. She owes to think about a d protect her future first. It is not her responsibility to make Shaurya comfortable all the time. Her first responsibility is to herself. Yes I don’t appreciate her flight mode all the time, but her age is like that. So are her experiences.

I don’t know how these girls discount all that.

I absolutely love Shaurya and want him to have all the happiness and love he deserves. Which he never got.

But I love Anokhi equally. And I would have been disappointed if she hadn’t stood up for herself. She deserves all the happiness and love, but she deserves her dreams too. She has fought so hard for them.

N yes! I don’t ship real life couples.
I knew KV’s work before SAAKK.
But I have become a fan of KV’s acting/talent only after SAAKK. I have a little soft corner for him, coz he looks a little like my partner from side profile. But that’s it.
I don’t care about his or Deba’s personal life. I don’t care who they date or don’t date. I absolutely do not ship them. But I wish them both a lot of success and wonderful work and recognition ahead for sure.
