"hello everybody, good morning. Mai wapas aa gaya cute people" said Raghav

Everyone in the house looked disinterested in the greeting. Everyone started doing their own work. Vijay Deshmukh was reading his newspaper. Shradha brought tea for her husband. Kaka gave a subtle smile to him and went off. Sulochana sneared at him. He smirked at her and she ran away in fear.

He went to the room and called Pallavi, " hello wife, mai aa gaya ghar. "

"Raghav mujhe yeh sab teek nahi lag raha hai. Mai aaj aaungi toh bhi wo log mujhe nahi dekhenge."

"Saree ka dukhan tum hi kehthi ho na tum strong ho, itni aasani se toot ne waalo mai nahi ho. Phir kyun. Believe me sab teek kar dunga"

"Wahi toh nahi ho raha tum par."

"Kuch toh apne pati par yakeen karo. And aaj bhi lunch lekar aao. And mere liye sambar rice tum banao aaj"

"Mai kyun. Mai kya tumhari personal chef hoon kya. Mai toh tumhe pani bhi na doon, toh sambar rice toh door ki baat hai"

"Hold on , biwi. Tum south indian food apne haath ka aaj kila sako tho"

"Par Raghav.."

"Mujhe kuch nahi patha. Tum lekar aao by afternoon sharp.bye "

He cut off the call but he couldn't shake off the sad face of Pallavi. He wanted to cheer her up when she comes to the house. He went out of the room and spotted Shardhaji in kitchen outside.

He went near her and said "aunty ji. Please kya aap mere liye ek favor karoge"

"Raghav mai tumhare liye kuch nahi kar sakti"

"Plz aunty. Kuch dino se Pallavi teek se nahi kha rahi. Bas aap mujhe uski favourite foods kaise banna hai, wo sikha do. Baki sab mai kar lunga"

When shardha hesitated. Raghav said "Plz aunty. Pallavi ke liye"

She nodded. Raghav immediately went near her. She said "let's start". She gave him vegetables to cut. When Raghav fumbled with cutting. She instructed him how to cut.

When he started pouring water in flour . She said "are bas. Zyada nahi. Abhi isse gund do". He did how she instructed him. He tried making parathas but it came in different shapes . Seeing that Shardha couldn't control her laughter and laughed. Raghav pouted , "itna bura hai kya aunty"

She said "nahi itna bura nahi hai. Chalo Pallavi ke favorite kanda baaji sikhathi hoon"

They prepared the batter and when he was abt to some batter on the kadai , the oil splattered. Raghav immediately extended his hands n covered shardha n took the little spill.

She said "tum teek toh ho. Aise koi tel mai daaltha hai kya. Chalo tum. Mai ointment lagathi hoon. "

Raghav went behind her. Shardha applied the ointment of his hand. The spill wasn't that hard . So he just got minor injury yet it was due to saving her. She asked "Raghav tumne aaj mujhe kyun bachaya. Agar tum hat jathe toh jeete tumpe nahi lagthi. Aur yeh dard nahi hotha"

" Mujhe aur dard hotha agar apko laga tho. Pallavi apka dard nahi dekh sakthi. Apka dard dekhkar wo dukhi hogi. Aur usse waise dekhkar mai aur dukhi hotha".

Shardha smiled at him. She always thought Raghav was bad for Pallavi. But today he proved that Raghav would treat Pallavi more preciously then her. She couldn't even treat her properly like an aai. But Raghav here already is making efforts to mend relations. Even if she searched for a groom. She would never get a groom like Raghav for Pallavi.

At that time, Kaka came with three cups of coffee and said "mai hum teeno ke liye coffee bannakar laya hoon. Aap dono ko cooking classes khatam ho gaya toh. Coffee pe Len"

Raghav smiled and took the coffee, "thanks"

The three of them sat there and had their coffee in peace.

After sometime Pallavi came with food for him. As usual , she saw the disapproved faces of all. She couldn't help but be disappointed. She went to her room where Raghav stayed. Raghav saw her and said "itna late saree ka dukhan. Chalo nikhalo khana bukh lag raha hai"

"Yeh lo" by giving him the food box angrily.

"Ab kya hua saree ka dukhan"

"Tumne kaha ki sab kahayenge . Par ghar mai koi dikhayi nahi de raha"

"Pehle tum mere saath chalo"

He took her to the kitchen where shardha was there. Raghav said "aunty mujhe apko Guru dakshina toh deni padegi aaj ke liye"

"Raghav tum.. kya .."

"Shhh.. biwi.. mujhe baat karne do. Aunty ji meri biwi ke haath ka sambar rice mai guru dakshina mai detha hoon.. and aap mana nahi karogi"

She smiled and nodded. As soon as Pallavi saw her aai's nod. She took out the box and served her sambar rice and some side dishes. And she also served Raghav rice. She was abt to serve herself when Raghav stopped her.

"Tum nahi khaogi yeh"

"Raghav yeh kya bol rahe ho"

"Tumhare liye special banaya hai maine"

"Tumne sach mai.. khane layak hai kya"

When shardha interrupted and said " bahut mehnat ki hai isne Pallu."

Pallavi had tears on her eyes. Her aai was talking normally to her. Raghav served her food. When kaka came and said "bhabhi yeh kya aap sambar rice kha rahi ho. Pallavi tumne apne kaka ko phir se bula diya"

Pallavi said "kaka abhi dethi hoon" . She served food for Kaka too.

The four were eating peacefully. Pallavi said "waah Raghav Rao bahut acha hai khana. Manana padega."

"Itna acha hai kya. Mujhe bhi ek bite chahiye."

He tried to steal a piece of bhajji from her. When she spotted the splatters on his hand. She caught his hand and asked "yeh kya hai Raghav. Yeh kaise laga tumhe"

"Wo.. Pallavi.."

Shardha said " tel ke cheete hain Pallu yeh. Iss sabal kar kaam karne bolo"

"Tumhe kya zaroorat thi khana banne ko."

"Pallavi tum meri wife ho. Agar tum mere liye khana bana saktha hai toh. Mai kyun nahi"

Shardha and Kaka smiled at the couple and went off silently. Both were happy that their Pallavi is now happy with her new partner and new life.

Pallavi was tired and slept in the room. While Raghav looked at her satisfied sleeping face and caressed her face . He pecked her nose and went out

He heard Sulochana saying "dada, apne already form fill kar diya. Toh aap sign kyun nahi kar rahe"

"Mai soch raha hoon, Sulochana."

"dada isme sochne ki kya baat hai. Aap yeh loan le loge tho apna khud ka dukhan le sakte ho"

Raghav felt something was suspicious. He knew that this loan was nowhere good for Vijay Deshmukh. He would lose whatever he has too in this loan. And it seemed like Bada Bindi's new plan.

He went and said "sasurji aap yeh loan nahi loge"

"Ab kya tum aur tumhari biwi ke marzi se hi mai loan bhi le saktha hoon"

"Vijayji yeh loan apke liye teek nahi hai"

"Ab tum mujhe bathaoge teek kya hai aur galat kya hai"

"Mujhe patha hai aap meri baat nahi sunoge. Par Pallavi ke liye rukh jaeye"

"Mai kyun rukhun. Wo meri kuch nahi lagthi. Mai usse nahi jantha"

"Vijayji.."

"Mai yeh loan lekar rahunga"

"Aur mai yeh loan kahin sanction nahi hone dunga."

"Haan , tum toh hyderabad ke maalik ho na"

"Haan. Mai hoon malik."

"Tum hoge malik hyderabad ke. Par mere nahi"

"Mai apka jamaai hoon. Aur mai apko rok kar rahunga"

The noise of their fight woke Pallavi up. Pallavi came and saw both Raghav and Baba at each others throats.

She came near Raghav and said "kya kaha tumne baba se ab. Yeh kyun itna gusse mai hai. Tum kyun.."

"Relax sweetheart. Mai bas sasurji ko bol raha hoon ki loan lena galat hai"

Pallavi immediately turned to baba , "baba loan dal dal ki tarah hotha hai. Jisme hum phas jaathe hain aur kabhi nikhal nahi sakte hain.."

"Tum kon ho mere se yeh baat karne waali"

Sulochana smirked at the insult of Pallavi. Pallavi teared up.She turned to Raghav and said "tumhare kuch kehne se kuch nahi hoga yehan Raghav. Chalo mere saath"

He went behind her without a word. Seeing him following his wife like puppy. Amrutha said to Sulochana "yeh kya ma. The Raghav Rao. Wo iss behenji ke liye itna ghir gaya"

Sulochana whispered "patha nahi. Iss ladki ne kya jaado kiya hai iss Raghav par. Pure din usse sweetheart aur Pallavi Pallavi kehte nahi taktha"

Amrutha said "mere zindagi hi barbaad ho gaya. Mujhe mere Raghav nahi mila.yeh sab mere hotha agar mere se shaadi hothi toh"

Sulochana said " tumhe apne partiyo se time hi nahi mila tha na. Ab dekho yeh ladki ne usse puri tarah apne mutti mai kar liye"

Both sneared at their retreating figures. Vijay fumed and went to his room. Shardha with a dejected face went off.

When they reached the room, Pallavi turned to him and said " Raghav yeh sab karke kuch nahi milega. Kuch nahi teek hoga ab. Bas chalo yehan se. Bas khatam karo yeh sab"

" Relax Pallavi tum ab ghar jao. Mai raat ko tumse baat kartha hoon"

"Raghav tum chalo yehan se"

"Mai nahi chal raha hoon yehan se. Tum apne ghar jao. Mai inka jamai ab issi ghar mai rehkar sab teek karunga"

Pallavi knew that Raghav was not gonna listen to her. She sighed and went off.

Raghav thought he had promised Pallavi that he would protect her and her family. He would bring all happiness to her. He determined that he would become the perfect Jamaai for this house and set everything right
