As for Anokhi , she’s always been shown as someone who usually prays to a Goddess. It’s important to point that here because of the irony. In the land that worships goddesses is where there’s a lot of female oppression and patriarchy.

very true! He has a new lease of life due to Anokhi. all the past hurt has to eventually go to make way for love, faith, trust, everything. Bold - OMG that is true!! i was watching old episodes a while ago and i realized Anokhi constantly remembers matarani while in kapurthala. i maybe wrong but even her father says - matarani ki krupa se - multiple times and with that, everything that happens to those three mom-daughters is so shameful!
