the yellow sweet potato is called yellow yam and have you heard about rataalu?? its called purple yam.. gujju dish undhiyu mein dalta hai and its chips n fried with sea salt it tastes yum..

I make baked yellow yam aka sweet potato fries or boats ( baked stuffed sweet potato) ..

yeah I do cook( after so much of my mom and naani's scolding 😆 ) Italian food pastas , pizzas (home mad) , sandwiches n bruschetta.. Mexican dishes , even middle eastern dishes .. all vegetarian ..

I am glad I can cook sometimes YouTube comes handy,,
