Today even I'm disappointed by all the show drama the way Dhara shouted on Raavi I mean common Yaar what was her fault and upar se uspar Shiva ki jimmedari dal di tu sambhal tera pati h common Yaar usne thodi kaha tha ye sb karne ko i would have liked agar Dhara yaha Raavi ko choice deti ki aur Shiva se kehti tu bohot bada ho gya h na kya karna h kya nhi khud decide kar sakta toh Yeh freedom Raavi ko bhi h ki wo tujhe Saath rakhna chahe ya teri shaqal bhi na dekhe aur whether she could. Have simply said jisko jaise rehna h raho jahan jana h jao abse tum sb meri jimmedari nhi ho

Worst two episode in PS history ek wo jb rishita Raavi ko sunati h aur ek ye jb Dhara banwari ho jati h

Dhara is trying to secure Mera Dev's life and that's all she cares about. I won't believe anything she says from now on. She wrecked Shiva and Raavi's life😡 has no right to reprimand anybody. She should be punished first😡

Yes, honestly I would prefer them to start with silence. Even just silent support for now works for me. I don’t want any romance or nok jhok just for the sake of it. It’ll be out of place.

Why does it always feel like Dhara is 40+ yr old and this show takes place in the 1970s vs 2021. I can’t imagine anyone beating their kid like that in 2021 for that kind of an issue. I get that they’re a conservative, traditional, lower (?) middle class family but clearly they’re with the times based on everything else they’ve shown. They’re not so removed from modern Indian society. Dhara is my age, and I could not for the life of me understand her ideas of discipline. They’re so antiquated as if she’s of Suman’s generation vs the millennial she really is. That’s one of my bigger gripes with this show - the consistent painting of Gaumbi and Dhara as some old traditional couple as if they aren’t just in their late 20s / early 30s.

What Dhara did today was disgusting. She has taken this bhabhimaa role too seriously. How is beating them when they’re grown men going to resolve anything ?

I agree with everyone’s sentiments - where was this level of anger when Dev left Raavi at the altar which caused her to attempt suicide?

Also Gaumbi- what brother stands by and let’s that happen. It’s ridiculous that they think that’s ok in 2021. I get a (or multiple) cheek slap(s) - we’re all brown after all. But being hit that hard with a wooden stick ??? This is just gross. I could never look at a parental figure the same way.

I get why Raavi didn’t say anything - I think she was just as shocked and didn’t really know how to interfere. The boys’ own elder brothers didn’t stop it, what could she have done?

Maybe I'm being too hopeful (or maybe my FF-dreaming head is deluding my thoughts at this point), but I was thinking Shiva wouldn't have said anything, especially if Raavi played her cards right. If she pulled Shiva to the side and protected Krish in the process, respectfully asking Dhara exactly what they did wrong to deserve such a treatment when Rishita did nothing but taunt all of them, I think Shiva would've been secretly happy. Not because she saved him, but because she also saved his brother from the beating, and she understood what he was feeling that caused him to make such decisions in the first place

Maybe that's a possibility! But going by what their characters have been in the show I don't think that would've been the case.. especially if raavi jumped in to stop dhara..

And not to deter from your point, but what Dhara said to Raavi was wrong on many other levels too.

She literally forced them to get married to each other 5 days ago,Raavi broke down and said that her husband hates her, her so cold older bahi insilted the younger bahu relentlessly and mocked her for loveless life and taunted her for her fate, and she has audacity to tell Raavi that because she's married to a man (again forcefully), his actions are her responsibility. And both of them are responsible in equal punishment as they are responsible for each other's actions. Wtf? Does she even hear herself.

Thankfully, Shiva's not abusive husband. But hypothetically, what if he was? Does she even have an idea of what she said to an innocent soul who was on verge to commit suicide less than a week ago? Arghh, the more I think, the more I get pissed.
