Amrit did say that her love will never end for him. If she does not want to go with Randheer, she should have clearly told him not to expect anything from her when he asked. That guy literally lost everything just be with that mad girl. He could have led a happy life if he were in Karachi as Sindh region was not that affected during partition. He lost four precious years of his life in some jail just to save that girl. He was humiliated publicly by her family, was paralyzed for 5 months just to save her useless brother Bhanu. And the biggest of all that thankless girl's parents died in his arms and gave him their daughter's responsibilities.

To fulfill this last wish of LajRani he stayed back. He has seen Veer mistreating Amrit, then how can he leave her with him to lead this fake life. That girl can play with his life, put him hanging but Randheer after doing so much and going through so much can't even ask for his rights. I don't know about Veer as not interested but Randheer definitely is not a psycho. If a boy uses a girl and then leaves her then he is called different names, similar situation here Amrit used Randheer's love for her till now. If Randheer wants her back then how come he is termed as physcho

She owes him gratitude thats all? Well easy to say if you have not lived the journey of the first 50 episodes - she owes him her life, her virtue, her brother's life, her friend's life, her nephew's life, the list goes on ..........!!! Ek ehsaan naam ki bhi cheej hooti hai, usse si jyada and bahut jyada kiya hai Randheer ne AMrit ke liye for the sake of love. Yes she owes him much more than her life, a debt she will never be able to repay to Randheer.

I am not watching the episodes nowadays but till the point I had seen, Amrit was a lost case FOR NO REASON. If she would have been married to Veer in real, then I would have stood by Amrit's thought process, but this track of fake marriage and then she still trying to be with Veer despite Randheer being back is ridiculous!

Amrit used to be this brave girl who respected societal norms but would not tolerate injustice and would stand for truth. Current Amrit is FAR from that!

So yeah this Amrit has lost all her recollection of what Randheer has done for her. He does not deserve to be treated like this, he lost his all for her sake!

But yes the writers have made a different show altogether with Veer's introduction where I do not recognize Amrit or other characters, all acting like idiots, including Randheer who should have ditched this girl and moved on with his life. So this post partition KUDCA is a different show than what we had seen, so yeah from this perspective for this Amrit we can say she owes Randheer nothing! She is a selfish characterless 🤬

Very well said! It seems that there was no research for the 1951 part and to justify Veer's entry, they created another show which does not connect to the pre partition. In this respect this has become just like any other prime time hindi serial and the so-called 'triangle' has destroyed the beauty and aesthetics of the 1947 part- especially AmDheer. Only VashmAy are somewhat consistent in their characters till now. It would be better to wrap this mess up faster than 2 months of sheer torture. Episodes1 to 50 are so bewitching that one can see them again and again.

Amrit owes Randheer much more than simply gratitude for all that he has done for her and her family. She put her own life in danger by going after her parents and then getting trapped by Farooq. Randheer had to save her, Vashma, Radha, Uday from that Kabootarkhana. She owes Randheer her own life.

The leap has not been handled properly at all. Writing is all over the place. She was thrown out by Veer. She could have simply walked out after exposing Mohan chacha, nothing was binding her. But she has chosen to return to Veer. Frankly whether she likes it or not, whether she still loves Randheer or not, irrespective of the fact that the marriage is fake she is now bound to Veer. Showing anything else will simply ruin whatever is left of her character.

Randheer should have ideally left the place and gone away. He chose to remain for his own reasons. Even in future after knowing all the truth of his being the younger son, he has to leave. Simply cannot stay in the same place as Amrit.

Not sure what the writers have planned for the future. For the present Amrit has made her choice.
