Finally the Tuesday "treat" is here, doston😆 Treat toh thi, but with conditions attached as always😆.
Let's start with the good parts first.....we got a return of fierce Imlie ready to fight the whole world to save her Babusahib.....aaj toh Dadda se bhi lad li and again pulled her gun to her own head stunt😆......SK got to witness her intense emotions for Adi firsthand as she was unwilling to listen to anyone else when it came to her Babusahib.
That entire grave digging part was sort of eerie....especially the way they lingered on Adi's face as they were burying him and then his face was the first thing they showed Imlie uncovering in the dirt too😆. Iske baad Imlie ne sabki duhaai di to wake Adi up.....lol his family, his parents....and finally uski IMALIYA ki😆. Shockingly enough, Didi ki duhaai was not included in this list....finally Imlie ko thodi akkal aa rahi hai😆....maybe she's realized subconsciously that despite all her claims of him having given her dhoka, she doesn't expect him to wake up for Malini didi🤣.....and lo and behold, Adi IMLIE ke naam pe hi uthaa finally😆.
A word here for how well the entire hug and kisses bit was shot.....this was a landmark moment in terms of showing an Imlie not holding back from expressing her love for him after otherwise having held herself back for SO LONG😆.....it all coalesced especially in the visuals of the way she was cradling his head in her hands, watching him like he is the most precious thing in the world to her and the kisses themselves - especially the forehead ones as if she was anointing him with her love....both the forehead kisses were the most lingering ones of the batch.....lol....and then ofcourse the way she was kissing him all over his cheeks and head too like you would kiss a cherished child almost😆.....that is what was so remarkable about the way the visual was setup....Imlie for a change was sitting at a higher height than him so it conveyed a remarkable role reversal as if Imlie is the one mothering him in that moment cradling him in her arms like she will keep him safe from the whole world and Adi looked so vulnerable in her arms too despite being such a pahaad jaisa aadmi otherwise....lol they played up Adi's vulnerability and Imlie's nurturing side in this bit.....they were hugging each other like they had finally come home and didn't want to let go even for a moment.....such WONDERFUL acting from GM-ST👏👏.....they basically carried the whole epi on their shoulders.....and superb direction from Atif too.
Anyways, treat over, then it was time for indigestion😆.....so it was indeed AC ki bakwaas that fried Imlie's bheja enough to believe Adi is ghumaaoing Malini mazey mein😆.....it was almost hilarious how she suddenly remembered that AC FB and abruptly pulled back from hugging Adi😆.....he looked so lost for a bit ki kya ho gaya just as he was intensely talking about how she saved his life yet again😆.....then Imlie ne sunaa diya ki aapki JAAN pe abhi bhi humara ADHIKAR hai😆....chalo KAHIN toh adhikaar maan rahi hai, Imlie😆.....this seems to be Imlie's journey of understanding ki adhikar hota kya hai....isliye she's feeling it in fits and spurts😆.....iske saath hi Imaliya did exit stage right from the grave site😆.
Phir shuru hui next round of shikaayatein.....lol familiar scene of Imlie telling him to go back....Adi telling her he's not going back home without her😆.....toh phir Imlie finally unloaded all her angst on him jo itne dino se bhari padi thi😆....long story short from what I managed to parse from her rant😆......a) Imlie wanted him to come for her at C house and woh nahin aaya, is baat ka hurt hai Imlie ko😆 - even though she herself kept asking him to stay away, she still expected him to come for her, meet her, care for her😆.....so she basically did shikaayat that he didn't have time for her.....lol......b) Her ability to bear has now reached its limits with the torture she faced at C house....it's sort of a culmination of the many things she bore for a long time out of love for his family, for him but it all now feels pointless to her cuz she feels he says one thing and does another😆.....basically Imaliya ne EXPECTATIONS rakhna shuru kar diya hai which she still hasn't managed to articulate to Adi or herself but uska dard and gussa lekar baith gayi hai😆
Despite all her hurt and anger, Imlie still looked at him expectantly when he was about to tell her he told Malini the truth today.....lol but then SK ki baat yaad karke Adi decided to pull back and let Imlie hate him instead so she can focus on her dreams and herself😆 and not have to do compromises around the people in his house who won't happily welcome her back.....hilarious attempt at sacrifice from Babusahib VERY belatedly😆.....convince kar diya Imlie ko ki woh jhoota hai😆.....These two DORKS.....LOL I'm sorry but by the end mujhe hassi aa rahi thi at the mix of hurt, expectations and guilt that they are both stumbling around in all confused.....lol itna drama karne ke baad bhi ek dusre ki ek awaaz lagaane pe bhaage bhaage chale jaayenge waapis😆......it does feel like a role reversal of sorts.....Imlie is trying to be "selfish" for the first time in her life😆....trying to think about HERSELF before anyone else....haha and Adi is attempting SELFLESSNESS for the first time🤣....trying to do something for someone else at a cost to himself....it doesn't come naturally to either of them😆.....and that is why they are both going to fail at it😆.
Babusahib ne first time sacrifice karne ki koshish ki life mein and kambakht KISMAT ne wahaan bhi aake CHOP kar di inki😆......ek NDE kaafi nahin tha in one day that ab bike accident bhi karva liya? 😆 Kismat trying to tell you that you can't really walk away from Imlie? 😛.....
So who's going to bring him back to the lodge? Now I feel it's going to be SK cuz SK did get to witness the whole INTENSE reunion hug between them too😆....What happens after that remains to be seen.....lol I guess kuch baatein clear up karni baaki hain abhi.....will they talk about Kismat bringing him back to her again?😆
Finally worth celebrating the second straight day of no Didi or altu faltu bakwaas stuffed into the episode👏.....a round of applause once again forg GM-ST for carrying the episode on their own so well and delivering such solid performances today👏👏
