Anupamaa Written Update 17 May 2021

Episode begins with Anupama and Vanraj at family court , siting before the judge , Vanraj is so distraught n hesitant that he drops the pen when judge asks him to sign the papers . Anupama notices, she rises n retrieves the pen lshe signs the papers first n hands him the pen

He signs reluctantly getting emotional .

They both feel sad n shattered as the judge puts his stamp on it sealing the court’s grant of divorce deed .

They both slowly drag themselves out of the court room . Anupama addresses him as Mr Shah and he gets a shock .she says she used tk adress her husband as Toshu ke papa . But since he was no more her husband she could not use that term for him ,.so hence forth he will be Mr Shah for her .

She then hands him her MS saying since there was no rishtaa between them this thread was not needed by her anymore . She hands him the MS and he feels heart broken .lanupama then notices a young couple taking their selfie , she realises AnuVan never took any selfies when they were young , she decides tk take one now . She forces herself tk smile and Vanraj too manages to force himself to smile through his pain . They take a selfie .

At the Wellness resort , Kavya wonders what was going on at court , why did Vee not call her ,nit was so late now , she decides tk cal, Vee but he does not take her calls ,she wonders what was going on !! Samar n Toshu receive the news on a mobile that the divorce had been granted . Baa starts howling loudly , Dolly and the rest of the family is saddened n they all console baa . Kavya notices this and jumps with joy, she dances n twirls thinking Vee was now divorced, they rishtaa was no more illegitimate , she was free to marry him now .

Outside the family court , Dr Advait reaches and cheers the depressed AnuVan and suggests they have some tea together .
they all reach a road side chai ki tapri and sit down to enjoy some tea .
Dr Advait gets busy with the reports of Anupama he was receiving from the specialist consultant .
