Okay my guess,as Shaurya ka special bday surprise reh gaya tha of proposing to Anokhi. I think it might be about that only. He might be planning to propose her, vo uske special moment wala😛... But I think here we will be seeing Anokhi telling the real reason for the breakup i.e. his soch. So I think they will be officially starting the soch track now. Just a random guess.
