I agree he can take care of them without bringing them home (thank goodness for COVID, number of people are limited). Maybe because he feels guilty for taking Pallavi away from them, who used to clearly be a provider for the family, but later on also because he wants to show Pallavi that he can be like Mandaar would have to them, the missing "son".

I noticed that. Farhad is still owed an apology. He wanted to go help because that's his nature, but decided not to intervene this time. Anna was taking care of it anyway.
