Also another point is that in ghum, they still haven't shown the backstory of pulkit and devi like how they got married how they separated, how harini was found, madhuri wss introduced and much more.

I mean in tamil and in bengali, its his aunt not his sister who was mentally unstable and all. So the long lost child of theirs was Sunny.

So when Kaku admits that she gave the kid to a family to raise, he realized its sunny and started yelling at Kaku for doing this to all them for her narrow minded perspective and such. But it was for that certain drama/project of reuniting devi pulkit and thr child which is stretched to its max. After that it kind of becomes normal with everyone ( not too close but not too pissed. I would say like he is eith his family rn. He isn't hating or over loving them)

I would expect changes in hindi because they kind of changed the story a little as pulki already has harini and she is not living with another family. So more or less they will reveal her backstory of how pulkit found harini and such.
