Ya actually KT by mistake drank bhaag nd eklavya who was good friend of her brought her to room to rest.but mayank also drank the bhaag nd he entered the same room.KT just remembered eklavya bringing her to room not anything else nd tulsi took all wrong nd mayank when his truth came out ,he said he was in love with KT.so much confusion nd twist was at that time.
But there was evidence found against him from what I recall (it also didn't help the fact that it was eklavya who brought KT to her bedroom in the first when she was intoxicated by bhaang and because she was so intoxicated and room was dark she did not remember eklavya brought her to the room then left and then mental mayank came in) that made the fingers point towards eklavya, so then Tulsi easily believed it given evidence was against him and because his own father was so evil and a rapist.
