I think it will not be kallu who will suffer due to lack of maternal love from Anu but anusar child as Anu is busy and too much involved in kallu . Bechari anusar child uske mummy ko tho uska birthday bhi yaad nahi which is really surprisingly . Usko bhi kaka aur Malhar ki tarak raabta ka shikaar hona padhega

Anu has never been shown to feel for her lost child.

Kaka is definitely hurt by that.. And one cannot fault him for that.

He has accepted that Anupriya cannot think beyond Kalyani.

Phir bhi ek Insaan ko bura zaroor lagega na.
