Maybe she'll mention it briefly at the hospital and Virat will brush it off just like he sometimes brushes of Sai telling that in 5 years she'll leave or that they can never be friends. Coz he himself said that he'll wait for her his whole life. So I'm kinda sure that he'll be supportive of her decision at that moment. Probably he may think that it's a new beginning and that alot can change in the next few days and that she may change her decision. He'll be too happy that she has come back in the first place, to be bothered about what comes.

Maybe the first time she tells him is at CN doorsteps, and I think he'll have a similiar reaction.

Missing his support a lot. I feel his character is really underused and just like they made Mohits character more important, they could do the same with Sunny's! Would looove to see that!!
