He will be some old friend of Pallavi or a stranger, and they will have an meeting (options are open). Since he is a tattoo artist, he might reveal to Pallavi about girls who were so crazy about RR (like our pyaari Amrutha) that they even tattooed his name on their body and now is disappointed to hear about his wedding. Pallu will get jealous hearing it and Rao will be jealous seeing her with a young man 😉. Then they will fight about it endlessly
