Actually after reports turns out to be negative a person doesn't remains contagious but it will be good if they avoid kissing on hand,cheeks as well as hug scenes.

I think Anokhi will save Shaurya but will avoid any intimacy so abhi romantic nahi milega plus carona makes body very weak

They did that in the other show no. Ghum I think. When the ML recovered and came back there were so many romance scenes.
