Well more then 5 people are not allowed to gather indoor or outdoor. So technically whatever bio bubble they did doesn’t matter but again Goa govt is useless so I don’t blame the crew. Everyone is thinking of their $$. HC had to intervene to handle the situation which explains how amazing the govt of Goa is 😂😂😂😂
