Love & trust comes without any conditions. Sirat only kept Ranveer in her life till he was giving her things, enjoyment, emotional support. She abandoned him at the first sight of trouble. She acted selfishly literally the first time she had to give Ranveer something, instead of taking from him. That's not love or trust. So her regret now doesn't make her character better in any way IMO.
