Ps- This is a request of Riddhima and Kabir being lovers and Kabir is a good person, but Vansh is a obsessed with Riddhima and he wont let them be together. I have tweaked a few things.

Vansh was standing over a near dead Kabir, he was finally happy, today his dream of having Riddhima all to himself, Kabir tried to speak,
K- I did everything you said, lied to her, broke her heart. Why are you hurting me now?
V- Yes, you did everything beautifully, but the thing is she has to forget you fully so that i can have a place in her heart. And that can only happen when you are dead.
K- I thought..you were my friend.
V- I was, until Riddhima came.. she is the one thing i can't let you have. Goodbye my friend. He puts a bullet in his head, then asks his men to clean up the area. His Riddhima is waiting for him.
Flashback
Vansh and Kabir were best friends in college, Vansh belonged to the rich family and Kabir belonged to middle class family. No one thought that they could become friends. But still they did. No one dared to miss with them.
While Kabir was more a happy go lucky, flirt type of person, Vansh was more a grumpy, silent types. All the girls were attracted to them, but they weren't really serious about any of them.
That all changed until they met Riddhima, a 2nd year transfer student on scholarship. She was a total nerd, studious person and not interested in dating or any other kind of useless things. She was great in extra curricular activities. Kabir was the one who got attracted to her first. He used to stare her in class, library or canteen.
V- You know, if you stare her so much, she will think you are a creep.
K- oh come, she is so pretty. And besides she will be lucky to be my girlfriend.
V- I think it's the other way round. You will lucky she even looks at you.
K- Oh, really. So bet i will introduce myself to her right now.
Kabir went and sat infront of Riddhima before he can even say anything, she collected her things and walked away.
K-😲😲😲
V- You were saying something.😏😏
K- Shut up.
The following days were Kabir tried to talk to Riddhima and she ignored him. One day held her hand in front of the whole canteen.
K- Come on Riddhima, what is this attitude. I just want to talk to you. Itna bhaav kyun kha rahi ho.
R- Because let me make this perfectly clear. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN YOU. Mere liye meri padhai se jayada nothing is important. I really don't care if i am alone. So please stop following me.
Kabir felt humiliated but it was Vansh who made him understand,
V- Look she is orphan, not many people get the chance to study in such a prestigious college. Besides it's her loss🤪🤪🤪
K- Whatever, i have more important things to just run behind her.
But still he was this grumpy person who would glare at her sometimes or be angry. Vansh had enough of this devdas attitude of Kabir he decided to take matters into his own hands. Vansh saw Riddhima in the canteen one day and decided to talk to her.
V- Can I sit here?
R- I don't own the chair.
V- Sarcastic nice😏😏. Look i know ki you here just to study and get your degree. But don't you think you are too lonely.
V- My friend is not that bad. How about just being friends with us. Nothing less or Nothing more.
R- Fine i will think about.
The next day Riddhima gathered the courage to go and talk to them.
R- Hi.
K- Look Vansh, Miss, i am not interested.
V- Kabir...
R- I am sorry for shouting at you. How about a do over. Just friends.
K- Fine. Come on join us.
In a few days they had become the best of friends. They would make fun of each other and the professor, one day they were all sitting and talking in the canteen,
K- Yaar, i am tired of eating Maggi and Samosa each day.
R- That's why i bring my own lunch. You guys want to try, it made chole bhature today. Kabir and Vansh tasted it.
K- Wow yaar so spicy i love it. But Vansh started coughing and sweating.
K- Oh God isse jayada spice handle nahi hote.
R- Oh here, eat this chocolate. Riddhima was rubbing her hands on his back. He suddenly felt something unexplainable.
R- Are you okay, i am so sorry.
V- It's okay. But you do make good food. You should cook for us.
R- Only if i get paid 😜😜😜😋.
Time was slowly passing Riddhima and Kabir were getting close. But what they didn't know was Vansh was becoming obsessed with Riddhima. He didn't know when he started liking her. The person who was happy to see Riddhima and Kabir together would now get angry.
He becomes grumpy seeing Riddhima talking or blushing when he said something. Riddhima was watching Vansh he was looking furious today for some unknown reason.
R- Vansh are you alright?
V- Yes, i am fine.
R- Are you sure?
V- Riddhima you don't need to know each and everything okay.
K- It's just family problems.
Vansh felt angry at himself for shouting at Riddhima, he went to the girls hostel and quickly sneaked into her room. She was studying, when she saw him entering the room,
R- Vansh are you mad? Kisi ne dekh liya toh.
V- I just wanted to say i am sorry for shouting at you.
R- Yeh tum kal bhi bol sakte the. Now go. She pushed him slightly he suddenly winced.
R- Kya hua? Oh god you are bleeding. Come with me. She took him into the bathroom.
V- Why Riddhima? Tumhare intentions theek nahi lag rahe mujhe.
R- Shut up, shirt utaro apni.
V- What😱😱
R- Vansh😡😡
He slowly removed his shirt, his whole back was littered with whip marks red and bleeding.
R- Vansh who did this to you?
V- My Dad, since i didn't get good enough marks.
R- 98 percent is not good for him🤔🤔😲
R- Anyway, it will sting it a bit. She cleaned the wound and then put antiseptic cream on it. Vansh was enjoying the feel of her hands on his back. He wished it was a different scenario, where they were loving each other. But she was attracted to that Kabir.
He was slowly becoming more and more obsessed about her. Watching, stalking her. Beating the boys who would make fun of her. But he was totally broken that day when she accepted Kabir's proposal and became his girlfriend.
Something snapped inside of him, all his life others have taken what he wanted. The love he desired was given to his siblings, and now Riddhima was with him. He was totally drunk when he entered Riddhima's room,
R- Vansh!!! Are you drunk?
V-(grips her tightly)- Why Riddhima, what does he has that i don't. Why don't you love me.
R- You love me 🥺🥺
V- Yes, but now you are with that loser Kabir. Do you know how painful it is to see you both together. I feel like hurting myself.
R- No Vansh, don't say. One day you will get someone whom you love.
V- But i want you. 🥺🥺🥺
He fell in her arms, with much difficulty she placed him on the bed. Next morning he was gone, and Riddhima was feeling restless and sad. They met in the parking lot where Vansh apologized and also accepted her relationship with Kabir.
Time flew by Graduation happened and both Kabir and Vansh graduated but Riddhima still had one year left,
K- Aare babe, don't lose heart hum milte rehengaye na.
V- Han, i will make sure ki yeh kisi aur flirt na kare.
R- Haha very funny.
At the beginning everything was beautiful, then life happened, Riddhima got busy in final year exams, Kabir in office and his career. The only constant was Vansh. He would always make time to meet Riddhima.
What she didn't know was, since Vansh and Kabir both worked in the same office and the company was owned by Vansh's dad, he made sure that Kabir had more work than him.
He had also hacked into his phone, and deleted all the messages Riddhima send and blocked her number as well. He had lied to Riddhima he can never accept her with Kabir she only belonged to him.
It was only when Kabir discussed with him the idea of his marriage with Riddhima that he lost his cool. It is time to something big. He had called Kabir to his house saying that he wants to talk about something,
K- Kya hua Vansh?
V- I want you to stay away from Riddhima.
K- But why she is my girlfriend.
V- And i love her.
K- What?
V- Yes, i have loved her since college, i won't allow you to snatch her from me. He shows a video, Riddhima going home and few people following her.
V- If you don't do what i want i will message those people to harm her in your name.
K- No, i will do whatever you want.
Good, he forced Kabir to break Riddhima's heart saying that he js marrying a rich girl and that he never loved her it was all time pass and revenge for his humiliation. Riddhima was completely broken and she found strength in Vansh.
Present
The phone was ringing, it was no other than his so called mother,
U- Where are you Vansh, engagement ka time ho raha hain.
V- I am coming.
For some time after the breakup, Vansh was the only thing that kept Riddhima from fully breaking. She had completed her B.Com degree and now doing MBA. He was always with her whenever she needed him.
The first time they shared a kiss was when they were coming back from a dinner date in a dhaba it was raining and Riddhima was behaving like a child enjoying playing in it,
V- Riddhima you will get sick.
R- Oh Mr Grumpy. Come on enjoy with me.
They were enjoying themselves, when suddenly the atmosphere between them changed, they both leaned towards each other and kissed each other. It started slow and cautious but then it became deep, Vansh pulling her closer to him. They stood in the rain kissing and enjoying each other's company.
And now they are getting engaged, once they are married he will make sure she is away from the godforsaken family. He will love and treat her like a queen, making sure no one can ever take her away from him.
