Anyways, let's start at the beginning with our Imaliya who also finally got to show her Imlie-giri after many days and handled the bullies in her own way while also managing to broker a friendship with them. Professor ne ekdum dhaansu dialogue maara....."If you want to judge someone's character, give them power and see what they do with it".....Imlie passed this test with flying colors as expected cuz she didn't abuse the power she was being given to punish her tormentors....instead she showed them compassion and didn't want to ruin their futures simply over what they did to her. Yeh hai humaari Imlie. We all know what certain other losers in this story do with power *cough* Didi *cough*.
Iske baad Imlie ko mila round of applause from everyone 😆....but then another set of claps broke through as Imlie turns to see ki lo and behold, swayam Babusahib padhaare hain taaliyaan maarne ke liye for her😆. Let's just pause here for a moment to appreciate the fact that after what felt like EONS, Imlie SMILED back at him without guilt being her automatic reaction.....she looked happy to see him and walked over to him with that happiness on her face....that entire bit was so nice as they played a new instrumental version of Sajna ho too......like ek maheene ke sookhe ke baad aaj Adi-Imlie ki story mein hariyaali aayi, briefly hi sahi😆.
Aditya Babu ne Imlie ko dekhne ki khushi process kar li, then proceeded to communicate in his standard stern Q&A mode....lol...college mein sab theek? Classes kaisi chal rahi hain? Nayi kitaabein chahiye? 😆....Imlie kept silently nodding until he got to his burning question of how are you being treated in C house? 😆.....she gave her standard sab theek hai response.....lol and instead of saying tum jhoot bol rahi ho, Babusahib tried a new line of sarcasm with "Hum Sundar hain"? 🤣
Iske baad jo comedy of errors shuru hua, oh man😆. Aaj lag raha tha isi din ke liye Sundar named character lekar aaye yeh log😆.....Adi was sarcastically asking her ki do you think I'm Sundar that you can lie to me and I'll buy it? lol but Imlie ne samajh liya ki he's asking her if he's sundar a.k.a good looking🤣.....kya nautanki shuru hui iske baad....Imlie initially being all like WTH are you trying to ask me....then when he kept repeating the same line, she went into full nautanki mode with vivid description of his height and set baal which she does find good looking🤣.....but all this OTT-ness aside, the bit I actually LOVED was Imlie saying to him, "Khud pe na KAANFIDENCE hui ke chaahi"🤣🤣.....FINALLY a glimpse of the girl I adore....hahaha HOW I loved this bit when she retorts to him ki why do you want me to tell you're looking good.....do I ever ask you if I'm beautiful? 🤣🤣....Never! Cuz I KNOW I'm beautiful....hahaha ATTAGIRL, Imlie🤗......I mean seriously HOW cute is this girl ki apna khud ka confidence boost karti rehti hai khud ko sundar bolke....there's the spark we've been missing since so many days....so good to see it back today.
And then Babusahib khud ke taunt mein trap ho gaye when Imlie caught on to the fact that he heard everything she said to Sundar on the phone😆....still he managed to swiftly deflect with a "That's not important, humare sawaal ka jawaab do"😆
Finally scene shifted into serious mode with him asking her ki kyun gayi tum, humara wait kyun nahin kiya....Imlie giving him assurance again ki fikar mat karo - Daadi and DC khayaal rakh lenge mera.....LOL to which Adi again thought to himself ki nakara Dev papa kya khayaal rakhega tumhara jab tumhein naam tak nahin de paaya"😆. Then he finally resorts to his standard, "Chalo na humaare saath ghar" line😆....Imlie deflecting again ki nahin mera wahaan na rehna hi sabke liye sahi hai....aapka humse door rehna sabke khaatir sahi hai😆.....Toh which Babusahib retorted all bindaas ki, "KYUN rahein hum tumse door?"😆....Tum har baar yeh baat kehkar humare rishte ko neecha kyun dikhaati ho? Haha aaj Babusahib ke andar bahut angst bhara padaa hua tha at how his rishta with Imlie is being demeaned ....college mein bhi loud volume pe lage pade the ki "tum humari patni ho aur hum puri duniya se yeh keh sakte hain....hum nahin chahte humari patni humara ghar chhodke kisi aur ke ghar mein rahe, ismein galat kya hai?"😆.
Imlie had no answer to this so tried to end it the convo with a quick, "I need to leave".....lol phir Adi's like kaise jaaogi, you don't even know the way😆.....when Imlie tried to describe the way back, he pointed out she's describing the way to his home😆.....aaj toh har baat ka kaat tha Babusahib ke paas😆......finally taane maar maar ke compel kar hi liya apni Jhalli ko bike pe baithne ko😆.....and sad version of Piya tose milne bhi bajaa diya bike ride pe😆
I thought that would be the end of it but we even managed to get a little bit of talk when he reaches outside C house to drop her off.....Imlie makes him drop her a street back from the house to avoid problems so he gets suspicious again and tells her it's important that she call him the moment she's in a problem and asks her not to sehen karo any of Mrs. C's crap.....lol toh Imlie bhi baat palat ke bol deti hai this is also important - please don't come to the college to meet me - dikkat ho jaayegi😆....Adi takes offense ki if you don't want to see me, seedhe se bol do😆....Imlie again insists that he needs to give his time to Malini, not her😆....toh which Adi ruefully remarks that time is all he can give to Malini now.....haha dunno if Imlie fully understood though.
Also got our standard one PD scene of the week today looks like😆....Mithi ka trauma continues in her worry over Imlie....but the one slight update today was the return of her faith in the fact that Adi loves Imlie a lot😆....after a lot of reflection, she's moved past the hurt of Imlie lying to her but she remembers the love she saw in Adi's demeanor for Imlie.....she still however is lamenting the fact that he is married to someone else.....poor Mithi bearing this burden alone.
Not gonna elaborate much on the Mrs. C part in the end except to note that this reiterated how Mrs. C isn't interested as much in the dissolution of Adi-Malini's marriage now as much as she is in exacting revenge from Adi and Imlie cuz she still views Adi being seen with Imlie as an insult to her daughter.....lol confused aatmas hain maa-beti.
Also seems like the theme will continue vis a vis Mrs. C trying to crush Imlie's self-esteem by telling her she that she has no aukaat to match up to Malini and that no one in T house will ever consider her worthy of taking Malini's place.....lol Dementor Didi ki jagah chahiye bhi kisko....Imlie ki apni jagah hai :P
Precap was also shockingly Adi-Imlie....lol itni meherbaani aaj kaise.....haha but anyways looks like the aftermath of this slapgate and insult session from Mrs. C will make Imlie think of leaving for the hostel or maybe going back to PD cuz Adi looks very upset in the precap and telling her that she keeps doing whatever the hell she wants so now he will also not come after her😆......hahahaha kyun aise vows kyun karte ho that you won't be able to keep, Babusahib😆.....
