Hmmm. Whatever be the reaction, I hope they give her suitable dialogues, not the dramatic-effect ones.. She should read the room and realise that her daughter is married now. The first reaction should be that of shock and concern.. I will be pleasantly surprised if her reaction is in right place, and not over the top. Because her scene with Sulochana on coming to know that Raghav and Pallavi are getting married, was misplaced and looked like waste of time. Most of the Deshmukh family scenes are ordinary, because of their penchant for drama, old century dialogues, lack of common sense, and spontaneity. To make them less cringey and confusing, the characters need to be relatable and humane, not caricatures.

The last few episodes have been fine in this regard. Some aai - pallavi scenes were good. Even Papa Deshmukh scenes were ok.

I think she will be anxious .. she’ll be anticipating the next shoe to drop. Aayi might put two and two together when Nikhil & Milind tell her how Nikhil got released from jail. Also Amma might explain to Sharda why she set motion to the shaadi train & that she’ll make sure Pallu is taken care of.
