Dont know he kidnapped or not but bohat pareshan dikha, I think he has not kidnapped. Like in thriller ,suspect never turns out to be the criminal.

Then Babli will ask Anokhi to intervene with Sabherwals and save Vineet if we go traditional Itv route. Anokhi will probably end up looking bad by getting blackmailed to save Vineet

My theory is Vineet called Sabherwals and tried to ask for money. They asked him to kidnap Shaurya and provided help (akele to uske bas ka nahin hai). He is their fall guy if things go south. Question is who from Sabherwal is in cahoots with him. Options are BM, BP, Alok and Shagun.
