The problem is Sai is not responsible for this fight..She held back the night before because she understood the graveness of the situation.. Sai should not be blamed here to be a part of the cat fight that Pakhi starts.. Sai, Aai and Mohit all have been very considerate about Virat's situation, where they dont fit it deem to have an argument right now at this moment..In today's episode as well we heard Sai saying too many times that she does not want to get into that argument ..SHe just wants to meet Virat..Even when she came in she had the expression of talking very empathetically with Patralekha about Virat.. She being Virat's wife was not allowed to meet him.. which certainly is not done.. Patralekha even in this dire situation has been consumed by her stake on Virat to an extent where she even shouted at his mother for wanting to be there with him.. No one holds more priority in a child's life...No wife..no Bhabhi..No dost..She forgot that... today.. She is downright obsessive of Virat even after being told in clear words that she needs to maintain a distance.. So I will not club this into Virat phas gaya do billiyon ki ladai k beech..

Idk but in Bengali version, he told Pakhi two times to go away. One the night before, he clearly told his relationship with her don't allow her to stay with him. And in morning when Sai comes. You can't accept him to shout when he underwent a surgery even if it's in hand. It's Pakhi who had the audacity to stop Sai even knowing the whole truth. Here Virat doesn't even come into the picture.

In Hindi version, as I am assuming, since Pakhi is in the same cloth, either Virat didn't come back to consciousness or even if he came, he was too weak to tell her anything. Because you can notice Sai's bag was under the window that means she rushed to Virat as soon as she came inside the room. I guess he hyperventilated or came into the consciousness as soon as Sai came into the room because you can see Pakhi came almost running inside
