I guess she wont she lived 25 years without being in touch with him . She could have ended but she is making him understand now .

I badly want to see Shagun's face when she sees that Shaurya is ready to work towards changing his ideology only to be with Anokhi. Kya muh ki khayegi bandi. I hope she atleast then she realises that if this didn't work then nothing can separate Anokhi from Shaurya. I know Shaurya cannot change overnight but he will atleast want to try.
