I think he knows somewhere inside that this is all a facade, but he wants it to stay. He wants to retain that innocence where his mother, sister and family doted on him and he hopes that it will continue. Reality wont hit him per say, he will just have enough someday after doing so much for them and finding them being indifferent to him, and he will vent out all of those bottled up feelings that he copes with using alcohol. That is not an addiction born out of pleasure, but out of the pain.

I want to see some solo moments of his, sitting with his glass or whatever and thinking about all this, asking himself why the gaping hole in his heart won't close even after he achieved everything he set out to. I want him to be demanding and ask his family why they don't love him or care for him the way he does, what else does he need to do to keep satisfying their requirements and fulfilling their conditions? We saw a glimpse of this frustration when Keerti walked away from him after the Lion track, where he was like to hell with everything. That's what gives me hope that what you described above would happen one day. I'll be waiting, and watching.

I am not in any camp tbh. I can see this issue from both sides, but whatever, realism ka lecture iTV mein chalta kaha hai. They will show them being K3G family soon and forget all of this mess till maybe fake Mandar turns up and then the can of worms opens with RR realising Amma and Keerti knew about her but never bothered to tell..

We are all saying I as a joke that Pallavi should make Raghav fall in love with him then dump him

I want Pallavi to take a stand for him in that situation, someone has to. If Amma doesn't have a strong reason for holding the grudge (which I suspect), then she's going to be off my list pretty fast.

If she has managed to forgive him for whatever has happened and built some kind of rapport with him, then maybe she might take a stand. If not her, maybe Keerti should speak up for her brother in that case and call out her Amma's hypocrisy. Will hurt her much more and make her really think twice about what happened, coming from her own blood than Pallavi tbh.

I do genuinely want Pallavi to leave, but not because she wants to dump him and crush him, but because they might need that distance to refigure their lives and stuff post whatever else happens in this revenge revenge game. She deserves his apology and redemption for all he has done thanks to MUs, he deserves her repentance for not trusting him when she should have (abortion drama etc.). But now they will make her act even more unredeemable and then get them sort off to the same point, where he becomes the survivor too, so she wont walk away. Ugg..they REALLY need to end that toxicity and start afresh.
