Shaurya is the most logical ML with a spine to match on ITV in a long time, The last one that came close was Abir from YRHPK.

He also recognizes that there was very little trust from Anokhi to begin with but all the events of past few days have shaken that fragile trust. He would be a fool to not recognize that every single person on his side and her side who wields an ounce of influence are against the match so no help can be expected.

The one in "Ghum" still takes the cake though.

Shaan is willing to bow his head and agree to to engagement and throw his son into a supposedly loveless marriage to protect Anokhi and him for future heartbreak.

I loved Abir. He at least had an awareness his mom was manipulative. When Shaurya figures that out, he will break into smithereens! Hopefully by then Anokhi will be there!

Anokhi had been very open about her insecurities and everything his family/Shagun has done has played right into it. It’s sad that Kanchan and Aastha are truly the only two that want the best for ShaKhi. Kanchan has no power and Aastha doesn’t feel like a Sabherwal and doesn’t feel like she has the right. She was even imploring Shaan to stop the engagement.

And ugh!!! Shaan is truly a disappointment! He doesn’t want Shaurya to suffer for 25 years....but will make him suffer now? Shaan clearly doesn’t understand the depth of feelings. Which is sad since he was Devdas!!

Arey woh scene maine dekha tha IG par aaj. seriously OTT! 😂😂 .. that’s what is mind boggling ke hamare show mein cast is top notch in acting phir bhi viewership kam hain! 😒🤪
