If you are copying some image from online, just right click on the image, say copy and paste it in the message box.

If you are uploading on pc, go to www.imgur.com, upload your pic there, say copy image and paste it in the message box here.

For Phone

If you are copying some image from online, press on the image, say open image in a new tab, copy the image url from the url ribbon and paste it in image option in the if message box.
