Guys, many of us are watching SAAKK on hotstar and we watching even old scenes on loop and FF other scenes.. Inspite of having such a youthful audience and huge online fanbase, our online TRP isn't outstanding.. We have to try and get the online TRPs at a good position in coming weeks to save the show from scanner.. The crew and cast are getting us intriguing episodes back-to-back even during this raging pandemic.. We have to appreciate their efforts through our presence on the site..

1. When you are watching any episode, go for the full episode..

2. Don't FF or skip scenes even if you aren't interested in the side characters..

3. Don't mute scenes you don't like.. Just remove the headphones instead..

4. Hotstar isn't like TV where TRP is calculated at a particular time-slot.. So, go and enjoy the old episodes again when you have time.. They will feature in weekly TRP..

The show isn’t in top 20 in the online TRP which means it doesn’t have a trp to begin with. Most of the episodes get uploaded on IG, youtube, telegram and people don’t login to hotstar and watch the episodes.

The views of the episodes increases every time it is played completely by a viewer. This works the same way as videos on youtube. They come to the trending list only when they are viewed way too much and they stay for a long period of time so yes, watching the old episodes completely without skipping will boost and add to the trp. Plus, watching the latest episode too without any skipping.

SAAKK trends each day on twitter and is the most popular one rn on SM but Sitara works only on trp🤡The old redundant method which makes us lose such gems because people love watching mirch masala and kitchen politics🤢

Rewatching episodes on hotstar helps or atleast that's what Wama has found since it's based on minutes and ads we see..

SAAKK is always trending on TT.. We need to get the same on hotstar..

hello! We watch at 6:30pm UK time as well on Utsav tv. I think they changed the channel name in UK. It used to be called star plus but now its now Utsav! I am pretty sure they count as SAAKK is highly rated in UK.

I was actually going through twitter so came to know about this online trp thing from there

Btw i also read that hotstar has its own method of calculating trps which it doesnt releases.

But i m reading about it there is no specific info on online trps.

Hotstar's major income is through their premium customer and advertisement.

If the online trp of a show is good it gets better advertisements which contributes to the revenue.

I am not a hater of this show. I really like this show. So forgive me if u guys feel bad about me bringing another show topic over here. I don’t live in India. I like immj2 it used on come on colors at 7. Same thing happened to that show. It used to have good trps. Then it started to get around 1.1 or about. Then went on voot. From what i understand what happen is that lots of people upload episodes on insta or youtube. Because of that people don’t watch it on tv therefore less trp. I think to save the show people need to watch it on tv and then watch it hotstar, good reviews. I think all of that can save this show. I just feel bad first because of immj off from tv, then this show. Its just sad that shows that are different from usual saas bahu drama don’t get appreciation that they deserved. Again really sorry if somebody feel bad, i did not want to offend anyone.
