"Inconsistency" is only consistency with Anokhi - But she is right!

Heads up - The post is only for those who agrees and accepts that Anokhi's character is inconsistent. Thank you!

I just wanted to know what do most people on forum think about Anokhi's dialogues today and compared it to everything over past week.

Have already mentioned some of these pointers in my other post today...

My thoughts -

1. Tuesday - Pyaar ki jagah nai hai... Shaurya ki jagah nai hai..

2. Wednesday-Thursday - mein aapse utna hi pyaar karti hoon PS jitna aap karte hai... With awesome get backs to Shagun

3. Friday - Mein ladungi (pyaar ke liye) ... Meri kahani likhungi...

4. Saturday - I won't give up my aspirations or make compromises in love because of his soch which cannot change..

So this has been Anokhi talking all through the week. And every single day of the week you see some different side of Anokhi...

And for some like me, her original character was little out of line since quite sometime and it was difficult to connect with in-love Anokhi. Now that show is back to its original concept, and in order to connect with whatever Anokhi said and did today, we might need to go back in time and forget whatever Anokhi said and did in past two weeks... Let's see everything post Shaurya barging into her hostel room first time. It's only then you could see her consistent with whatever she said today...

Show is back on the main concept and it's typical where character goes back to original characterization after falling in love. Probably the digression was to make character fall in love...

The only disappointing dialogue was that

"Shaurya's soch cannot change" -

Astha agreeing to it is different.. She hasn't been with Shaurya for past 25 years. She wasn't right person to provide inputs to begin with... Anokhi knew this better... She told Babli, he is changed man... But then... I realized that was in phase of past two weeks.. Hence, better to forget what she said.

Plus her constantly basing her thoughts on the way Shagun presented everything... Rather than recalling her dialogues it would have been better if she could connect it with her own experiences with Shaurya... Undoubtedly, there were red flags all along that some fans have pointed out - double standards, some controlling behavior, but other things that Shagun noted had nothing to do with Anokhi's experience, she shouldn't have taken it by her words alone. Calling PS was Shaurya's request, he never forced her like Shagun claimed as controlling behavior... (can we get better name instead of PS).

Second, Anokhi comparing Shaurya with Vineet or Papaji might not just be Babli's say, but her own experience with Shaurya too... Shaurya is not as physically violent as these two, but apparently she has seen his anger and words that are fired could sometimes hurt more than physical abuse... Be it with Astha, Anokhi or Ahir... She has seen them all... Also regarding physical violation, I am not sure if show is planning to deal with all the manhandling being done on Shaurya's part but his way of talking to Anokhi when angry can be seen as rough too... Shaking her off like milkshake or pulling and grabbing her around when angry... But yes those basic manhandling might not be as torturous as what Babli and Rama face... Yet anger and words is definitely alert thing...

Just my thoughts on whatever was happening in today's episode.

Anokhi today was not completely misdirected, rather calmer and more directed but she definitely needs to seek clarity from Shaurya.. Hopefully we will get to see them meeting again and discussing these aspects very soon!

Anokhi was always wary of shaurya's anger as you pointed out.... for me...that's a thing anokhi's character is consistent with 😆😆..

😆 they are not going to not make her in love for sure... Or fall out of it... Though today it seemed difficult to believe she loves him...

She at this point and in future will be in love but her life goals and career might take the center seat. Shaurya already has well established career and he is ready to settle down in life... Unlike Anokhi who has long way to go!

I am confused on her spectrum of trust on Shaurya... She trusts him that he loves her, but the new information is difficult for her to process and act on it. Hoping to see some conversation soon ☺️

Agreed!!! I love that’s she’s getting back to her original character. Like love has definitely changed her and even made her soft I think. Two of her dialogues from this week were my favorites. One, where she says just bc I’m upset w him my love for him isn’t gone (here it sounds soft Anokhi) Two, I’ll always love him but I won’t give up my education for love (here Anokhi came back to her original self)

I agree! I don’t like how she’s taking her love so seriously bc

1. She didn’t even tell him she has feelings for him yet

2. She’s young and she has time to do more serious things in life

3. Just talk to Shaurya before coming with your opinions of him. I think it’s gonna be a recurring theme where the leads aren’t able to communicate w each other bc of some circumstances, which creates misunderstandings between them and then, they both explode with too many feelings and try to sort those of differences out.

Rather than recalling her dialogues it would have been better if she could connect it with her own experiences with Shaurya... Agree and disagree here. I think bc of her past experiences she’s unable to see Shaurya for the guy he is. Especially, shagun and babli seem to make Shaurya’s red flags dominate his entire personality. Like Anokhi asked Astha if she would’ve give the same advice if Shaurya wasn’t her son and if I was friends w Anokhi, I would’ve done the same thing! Bc it’s rare that those red flags don’t grow into disappointment and heartache in the future.

Second, Anokhi comparing Shaurya with Vineet or Papaji might not just be Babli's say, but her own experience with Shaurya too... Shaurya is not as physically violent as these two, but apparently she has seen his anger and words that are fired could sometimes hurt more than physical abuse... Be it with Astha, Anokhi or Ahir... She has seen them all... Also regarding physical violation, I am not sure if show is planning to deal with all the manhandling being done on Shaurya's part but his way of talking to Anokhi when angry can be seen as rough too... Shaking her off like milkshake or pulling and grabbing her around when angry... But yes those basic manhandling might not be as torturous as what Babli and Rama face... Yet anger and words is definitely alert thing...

100% agree here bc the library thing was vile! You can see he wanted to hurt her just bc he got hurt. Even tho he apologized, it still a thing that happened to her. I’m looking from Anokhi’s pov it feels Shaurya is on a thin line between love and abuse (we know he’s not) bc Anokhi doenst see that. Like for her, he can tip towards either sides quickly even he was saying I love u to her he created the wrong environment. I want Shaurya to address her trauma bc they got baggage.

Anokhi's character has been very inconsistent. But we must be honest, at 19 - 20 who isn't confused? Newly found emotions and love and being young, shes ought to be confused. TBH, She barely knows Shaurya. She still has a lot to learn. Anokhi is not gullible but she took Shaguns words to heart. She came this far, remembering the fact that 'Shadi meri manzil nhi hai Ma'am' She is not focused on marriage; Whethere or not she loves Shaurya. And I am so glad she does not want to serve her purpose in trying to change Shaurya. She needs not to put her aelf respect at stake.

@Green - Shagun had different intentions and Babli had correct one.. But she has been victim of his abuse first hand, plus she has witnessed it too! Character assissnation was definitely one... Her own and then seeing Ahir face the music on his intentions...

@Blue - Shaurya can get angry in a second and post Kapurthala track, he can also apologize to her in the very next minute! So except for that whole library sequence and linked sorry, she won't have much idea...

I really don't want to put much emphasis on her age in the show... 20 year old who can have courage to run away from her wedding and have the confidence to face the world going drawn in love without much analysis makes it odd. She was never shown to be typical 20 year old and hence when she behaves like one in love.. It was inconsistent..

At the same time @Bold - I am so happy she refused to take part in the mission to change his thoughts... That's not her job and she has some serious things on her plate 😆 but given inconsistent character... I won't be surprised if she changes her stance tomorrow and start supporting Astha on the mission to ensure her love wins.

Also @bold - forgot to mention that Anokhi does not Shaurya as well as Shaurya knows her.. Makers have always dropped subtle hints.. Like during Holi... Shaurya knew what Anokhi would prefer but Anokhi's reaction was... Mujhe toh pata bhi nai unhe kya pasand aayega..

Shagun's words were not too twisted... She told her truth... But that was quite old... He could have changed... Plus Anokhi has observed Shaurya first hand and seen extent to which he can go.
