I guess no,they don't know it is randomly installed and you don't even know that you are deciding the fate of a show😆if you buy the tv with that trp meter tv set becoz your one view could increase trps according to their algo so it means if randomly people with trp box watch the show they will contribute to trp and if they don't than trp will fall although others all are watching.
