I personally think that Devi has moved on from the promise card. She technically used it with him agreeing to consider marriage.

I also think Devi will give into the ShaKhi relationship to keep Shaurya happy and by her side. Once she is trusted, she’ll easily instigate them both!!

She will first use promise card. When it fails then she will change her strategy. She suddenly not gonna dump shagun. Remember she said fight together I need your help. So she will exhaust all her options first. When nothing will work then she will play differently
