Bigamy or EMA

Why certain lot of people portray this show with concept of Extra martial affair or Cheating?

I think bigamy is the only sad part, this show is based on...But situationl, unwilling bigamy was the context of the show...Why screaming EMA or cheating and blaming Aditya or Imlie?

I understand characters in show misunderstanding that, since they don't know truth but the viewers who take out EMA morcha are also equally blind?

I for the one dislike anything justifying EMA and condemned it in all shows... But Imlie has hardly ever been that show...

Bigamy is when everyone is in the know. Here its all under wraps. It is not a marriage because both parties were UNwilling at the time of marriage which nullifies the wedding. So everything that happened thereafter falls under EMA. Aditya went behind malini’s back and did sindoor ceremony, so it was EMA till that point and even later because they are being SNEAKY. Salman’s dad has 2 wives, but its bigamy because its out in the open not sneaking around.

Respect ur opinion but i would like to say few things here. This is my ppinion.

Theres been no physical relation so far. When they were alone in pagdandiya where everyone considered them husband wife . Did they consummate. No rite. The nite their first hug did they consummate. No rite. So where this sneaky thing came from.

They could do it openly in pagdandiya coz he said he wanted to spend time with her. So ??

Dear they dont need to sneak when they can actually do it openly outside the tripathis hse of course. But they didnt. They had few chances

During the holi when he went to see her that time also they could do it . Did they?

For me EMA IS A BIG WORD. and adilie to an extend has not gone 100 percent to that level as yet that they need to have that EMA tag on them.

Putting sindoor on her forehead coz he finally accepts her as his wife.

Salmans father first wife could be strong to acept the other wife and plus muslims can have more . So first wife understood. So that man did it openly.

Aditya is a hindu. Two wives not allowed. 😊😊😊 so no choice. One in open. One is a secret. The one in open is too vulnerable to accept the hidden one. So aditya cant be blamed fully. And since he fall for the hidden one . He has to be a little sneaky with her coz the open one couldnt tolerate. Her suicide stunt has proven how wesk she is.

Whatever for me the word cheating to be used upon adilie is not agreeable. They had their chances but their relationship is still pure.

Malini's vulnerability has landed her in this mess that so much so even now she still cant bear to hear the truth from aditya in todays episode.

She didnt even have the guts to ask imlie directly but hinted to her indirectly that i know u and aditya are in a relationship. Is that the way how we handle our problems. And now excuses of having a bf earlier.

So adilie and adini have flaws. But cheating is a no for adilie. At least not from myside at this moment.

It’s willing bigamy , not unwilling .. Aditya was very much in his senses during both the weddings, though the first one was a forced one, their hands were not tied, neither they were under some nasha, Imlie feared for Aditya life and they married .. but the marriage is complete in all aspects as per traditions .. but our hero didn’t stop there ..just because he was not ready to accept kismat ka likha at that point in time , he foolishly went ahead with his wedding to Mun .. without even thinking of annulling the first ..and he is shown to be a truthful responsible journalist from a city like Delhi.. here is where he wronged completely and I condemn these type of soaps for the wrong message they send out to people ..if the two weddings thing is out(for whatever reason on planet earth) either parties can sue the husband and he will be fined and jailed for sure ..coz it is an offence by law ..but here they just made it all about Aditya’s late realisations..underplaying the larger crime he committed with both the ladies ..Atleast Imlie is aware of all the story so she is not on a simmering pot like Malini is currently .. and I am still not convinced how Aditya is the only representation of Imlies sasural .. we have so many post wedding rituals .. Meethi herself being cheated once sends away Imlie without even visiting her( agree she was whisked away by Imlie once when she came to T house ) ; but don’t people speak to girls in laws after wedding even once .. the show is wrong on many logics .. and currently this is the worst track as it is just playing with the emotional and mental quotients of Malini leaving it open for scrutiny of her character , memes being created or frustration over dragging story line..

Ur last few lines were interesting. So thought of sharing my view as well.

Malini commiting suicide. A change in a character lately. All these are deliberately done so that more favour is given to adilie.

From the storyline so far the makers could be planning adilie as the endgame so strong support for adilie has to be there from the viewers to maintain trps. The reason being lots of people out there sympathizes with malini.

So thats why the writers are bringing up her gray shades.

If they show her as flawless then hatred for adilie will increase. Audience will not favour them. Adilie fans will shift to adini side. So need to balance.

Aditya fell in love with imlie while being married to malini. Started romancing , cheating on her and lying to her. This amounts to cheating as imli knows she willingly gave up her husband and malini has no idea, for her imli is just a household help.

Amounts to cheating when you willingly give up your sindoor and suddenly one day husband turns romantic and you forget everything about your so called didi and start doing sindoor jaap and telling huge and n number of lies ..
