Yes but he should know the exact words that Devi used for Anokhi. I hope we get a scene where devi is yelling at Anokhi and Aastha and Shaurya is present at the scene but she doesn't know. Because if she did, she'd start using sugary words

I’m sure Kanchan will mention this. Devi can only keep her away because Shaurya is behosh....when he comes to, he’ll open up to Kanchan about why he didn’t speak up....she can let it slip then.
