Why Aditya Thackeray is called Baby Penguin?

After one of the penguins died, people across political parties took a dig on Shiv Sena saying the money was wasted. NCP too pulled the leg by placing the following hoarding in between the road.

Many claim this particular advertisement triggered the trolls on Shiv Sena leader Aditya Thackeray. Now the term “Baby” means he is the son of Uddhav Thackeray. And “Penguin” because the vision to bring penguins was headed by Aditya Thackeray. Thus giving a new term of “Baby Penguin”.
