I work.

Lockdown was properly lifted a few days back. Kind of a phased lifting, I would say.

It was getting too difficult to not be able to meet anyone indoors or outdoors. I would have gone mad. I met a few friends 2 days back after months, too tough otherwise.

Travel was banned within England too. One could travel within 5 miles and that too only if it is really necessary. They could go for a walk or a jog or cycling or to the nearby park for fitness routine once a day. If not can only go out for work oe education.

They have slowly lifted these bans, cannot go around the whole of UK, but I can travel within England alone. Some shops are also open, otherwise only essentials ones like supermarkets and medical stores were open.

How is it at your place? Cases are rising or better now? Under Lockdown?

I wish it was this systematic here in India. The states have their individual decisions running independently and are not in proper sync with each other. Even no proper negotiations are happening.

The non-central gov ruled states have implemented lockdown,and central ruled states are still open even though there are high surge of cases. My city is under threat zone after the state capital.

Same here. Under lockdown till mid may. Here also the supermarkets and medical stores are open but small stores/boutiques are closed. Restaurants are closed too. We can't go out unless we are going for work, groceries, doctor or jogging only near by.

I am working from home since January. 😆 I meet friends and family occasionally otherwise we will go mad. 😆

And as I am a traveler, it's already driving me crazy that I am not able to travel. Usually every 4 to 6 months I am in a new country and now it's been 18 months since I haven't traveled. 😭 My heart is aching. 🥺
