Advait has not used “cancer” word in the promo. He has just said about tumour.

If doctor suspects the things, they usually say “I doubt “ so let’s do sonography and further testing. Here Advait declared that its Ovary tumour.

Ovary tumour can be non cancerous and treatment for non cancerous tumour is quite easy like 20 min.

Either they have not done their research properly or like you said they think audience are dumb. But you know all this bcoz you have experienced it in your family. I never knew all this, so these writers do take all this liberty, kitne logon ko pata hoga. It would have more logical to show the mental stress and trauma that is affecting her, it would have been more relatable in her situation and then the neurologist would have treated her.

No no fever nahi hota in ovarian cyst/tumour if not cancerous.

Both the sides, left ovary and right ovary mai periods jaise cramping hota hai, constipation ho jata hai and lower abdomen bloating hota hai.

Dono side both ovaries mai tumour ho aisa jaruri nahi hota. Sirf ek ovary mai bhi ho sakta hai. Laparoscopy is treatment to remove ovary tumour. It takes 20 minutes.

Ovary tumour cancerous ho toh fir to chemotherapy etc sab karna padta hai.

Neurologist ke pass transvaginal sonography karne ki machine he nahi hoti and without doing that sonography they can’t diagnose ovarian tumour .

Ovarian tumour theory grounds par hai ki nahi woh koi nai bol sakta. Gynaec ko machine ko vagina mai dal kar dekhna padta hai what is going on around ovary!! Like they did to check our baby’s heartbeat for the first time at 6 weeks pregnancy.

Agar Advait ne MBBS mai padh ho toh bhi he can’t diagnose ovarian tumour/cyst. Only MD Gynaec can check it with putting instrument in vagina to see ovary closely.

Baaki poori specialiaization to uske paas hoti hai jisne gynae department choose kiya hota ha

Yes common part mbbs ke syllabus mai hota hai but that is just theoretical part nothing more than that.

To check ovary cyst /tumour one needs to have specialisation as you said with practical knowledge as Gynaec surgeon.

I don't understand marathi but I just happened to see that Arundhati fainted after class. Her younger son panics. With great difficulty they convince her to meet a gynaec she refuses to discuss details in her son's presence....since the director is the same I knew they will not miss an opportunity of Anu getting sick and the family rallying around her.
