Same I just replied someone same thing in this way thry don't even show them eating sleeping so what its self understood,the same way her studying also.

My guess is that Yash has been brought by BM or Alok to curb Kanchan's rooting for ShaKhi. Besides, Kanchan has been rude to BM at Sabherwal house. Hence, Yash is here to reason his wife.
