Rain Of Love

Raghav was on his way back home! It was a cloudy afternoon, but the sky was full of black clouds indicating Rain could start at any moment!

He looked at the clouded sky, sighing while driving fast. He thought to reach home before it starts to rain!

"Ye baarish shuru hone se pehle mereko ghar pohochna hoga! Warna wo Saree ka dukaan akele dar jayega"

He thought remembering Pallavi will be alone now As amma and keerti are not at home today. Farhad has taken them to a relatives house this morning. He chuckled at the memory of Her cute face who behind his arms being scared while it was thundering on a rainy day last time!

"Main uss Saree Ka Dukaan ke baremei kyun soch raha hai? I dont have anything to do with her! I'm going home early cz I've no works left for today!" He being Raghav Rao wont let his heart accept the fact of caring for her, Thus He false explained his mind and kept his focus on driving!

Pallavi had left home to reach her shop in the morning as Krishna called her and told It's urgent. She didnt feel like going outside seeing the weather today but As She has taken the responsibility of DSE, She can't leave that even though She's now married to Her Ghamandi Rao.

A shiver runs through her spine whenever She thinks that Raghav is her husband! "Husband' the word for which she yearned at a time. Now Life has given her another chance to live the life of a Suhagan! Though She wont admit but her blush hearing his name, Her heart beating fast whenever He came back home from office indicated the change of feelings inside her!

Raghav looked outside from the left side glass. A similar figure walking on the street came to his eyesight! And His hands halted on their own without a second thought!

"Saree Ka Dukaan?" He said to himself.

Pallavi was walking through street when a car stopped her way, the movement happened so fast that She couldn’t get enough time to think what has just happened here and she stopped like a statue.The car seemed familiar but the man coming out of the car was even more! She thought in mind as she saw Raghav coming her way. But what is he doing here at this time and why did he stop her in the midway her mind thought as she frowned!

"Oh hello, Saree ka dukaan? Kya soch raha hai tum?" Raghav snapped at her and she came out of her thoughts.Without giving reply she kept frowning at him which made him raise his eyebrow and He again asked,

"Tum yaha kya kar raha hai? Didnt u see the weather? Why are you outside now? Aur Tum apne saath car kyu nahi laaya?" He again asked slightly shaking her arms.

"I want to ask u the same, Ghamandi Rao! This is not the time u return home. So Tum yaha iss waqt kya kar rahe ho?" She asked shrugging his hands off her.

Raghav looked at her. She was standing crossing her arms, looking at him waiting for his answer. "Cute" He complimented her in his mind!

"Wo maine socha ki weather kharab hai toh Tum..." Saying this He realised What he was about to say! Damn!! What was he about to say just now! How could he say this to Her? His Saree ka dukaan often makes his mind lose control He thought before turning his answer.

"Actually I thought weather kharab hai toh Aaj kaam jaldi khatam karta hu, Sab workers ko jaldi ghar bhi toh jana hoga in case mausam zyada kharab hogaya toh!" He said being proud of himself for changing the answer this quick.

"Tumhe dusro ki itni fikar bhi hai??" She pretended to be shocked & continued,

"Anyways, I'm glad to see this shade of you Ghamandi Rao" (She fake clapped at him)

"You'll be even more glad to see other shades of mine, Saree ka dukaan. Dikhau kya??" He came ahead few steps, Stood closer to her holding her waist, pulling her towards him and raised his brows while giving his mischievous smirk.

She was stunned! Did he just flirt with her?

Then She noticed how close they both were, she tried to push him & move away from him but He wasn’t in a mood to let her go away from him. He pulled her towards him holding her hands,

'Kaha ja raha hai, Saree ka dukan? It's not the time to go away. Abhi abhi toh mood bana hai and You're running away? That's not done!" He was enjoying her fear seeing him this close to her and He was happy watching that He and his closeness effects her just like she effects him.

"D,,Dekho Raghav, Mujhe ghar jana hai. Baarish kisi bhi time shuru ho sakti hai aur bijli bhi garaz rahi hai...Aaah!" She couldnt complete her sentence as soon as it Thundered and She put her head on his chest, closing her eyes tight!

He smirked looking at the sky and tightened his arms around her and said,

"Kitna filmy moment hai na ye. Heroine hero ke baho mei, thundering in the sky. Aur kya chahiye?" Making her realise which position they are in now!

Pallavi took out her head from his chest and Saw Raghav smirking at her. Looking Down, She felt her cheeks brighten up in embarrassment or rather shyness She doesnt know.

"Tumhara kuch nahi ho sakta Saree ka dukaan" He chuckled.

"Ab chalo ghar chalte hai. Tumhara Yahi rehne ka irada hai kya? Tum chaho toh you can stay, I wont mind" (He again chuckled remembering her scared face a while ago)

Pallavi squeezed her eyes in irritation,

"Badi hasi aa rahi tumhe. Zyada khi khi mat karo. Veda Manus! Huh!"

Looking at her, He was about to say something Just then It started to rain! Holding her hands, He was trying to run to his Car but He felt a tug on his hand and looked behind only to see Pallavi spreading her arms and enjoying the droplets!

She was looking up to the sky, closing her eyes. It looked like rain water was soothing her and She was liking it. After a few moments He realised They've been standing for quite a time here, It's time to leave from here else She'll catch cold.

"Pallavi, Kya kar raha hai? Get into the car, Come"

He said grabbing her hand again.

"Bheeg rahi hu Raghav! Dikhai nahi deta kya?? Mausam ki pehli baarish! This smell! Kitna accha lag raha hai sab kuch! Tum bhi bheego!" She said splashing waters on him while twirling around playing with the raindrops!

"Saree ka dukaan Aaj bohot khush dikh raha hai. Let her enjoy" He thought in his mind amused. This Pallavi is very different to the one He knew. It has been two months since they married. There has been numerous fights, battles Between them from Their first meet and These continue to happen everyday. He has seen her being caring, gentle, taking care of everyone in his house, always ready to fight with him but She was the one Making his house "Home".

But what He never saw was Seeing her truly being happy and enjoying. Today He got to know that as well. And He couldn’t deny but admit that His heart indeed wanted to see her happy like this. Here She was enjoying the rain, smiling from the heart but little did she know He was the one who's heart was getting contented watching her being happy like this!

Raghav Doesn't know When and How He started to walk. His eyes were fixed on her face, lost in her beauty and his feet walked towards her direction automatically And noticing this, She kept going backwards followed by his steps!

She stopped When Her back touched the Car and She realised There's no way to move from here as Raghav had already put his hands on both sides of her, keeping his hands on Car body. His Gaze was different Today! Not the one He regular gives her. She doesnt know what was in that gaze but His burning gaze was intense enough to heat up her cheeks and Make her shiver.

"Ye tum Kya kar rahe ho Ra.." She tried to speak but He kept his finger on her lips!

"Sshhhh" He didnt let her talk. He was in no mood to bear any interruption now It seemed!

"Maine tumko itna khush kabhi nahi dekha. Baarish itna pasand hai tumko?" He asked slightly smiled!

"Aah, I like your smile too husband" Her heart declared while She nodded her looking into his dark eyes, giving her beautiful smile to him in return!

Few moments passed, No one talked. They were enjoying the rain but not more than each other's company. Their eyes speaking the volume of feelings which they could never express.

He removed the strands of hair from her face, to have more clear view of her. Then caressed her cheecks which made her blush and her heartbeats raised fast.

She looked into his eyes to see his gaze moving from her cheecks to her lips, Her heartbeats increasing as He's moving forward. She got his intention but was in no state to push him or she didnt want to? She doesnt know. As soon He bend towards her, His lips gently brushing Against Her soft ones! She felt delighted.The atmosphere, They being alone in the rainy road everything seemed nature's plan to her.

He was about to deepen the kiss when they heard a car sound! They parted away from each other and realised what has been happening now! Slightly Embarrassed both couldnt meet each other's eyes. Looking away, Pallavi was about to go towards the car when He stopped her by holding wrist, She looked at him confused.

Raghav took out his blazer and put it around her to cover her. Pallavi looked at him asking through eyes Then she heard him say,

"Do you even know Tum abhi kaisi lag rahi ho?" He said glancing intensly at her wet body, Her saree which was sticking to her thin figure and making her look even more attractive. She looked at herself, embarrassed then again at his eyes to find him already staring at her.

His stare was enough to make her feel shy, She felt week in her knees. Then He opened the car door for her to make her seat inside. As she sat in, She felt his lips near her ears,

"Raghav Rao doesnt share any of his belongings with anyone! Jo Mera hai usko sirf Main dekhega. Ardhamainda??" He whispered smirking at her.

Realising what He meant She felt a rise of sensation throughout her body and mind. Her cheeks started blushing hard, and All of a sudden She found his cold lips brushing over her warm cheeks. She tried to look at him stunned but till then He had already closed her side of door and Came back to his driving side. Looking at her right side, She found him winking at Her, then put his attention towards the steering wheel as if nothing happened here!

Pallavi smiled looking down & holded the blazer tightly around her as if feeling his warmth & presence with her!

"Aaj ka ye baarish main kabhi nahi bhulunga, Saree ka dukaan" Raghav declared in his mind smiling. To his utter surprise He heard Her saying- "Main bhi nahi, Ghamandi Rao"

He looked at her stunned this time only to find her winking at him, Which made him smirk!

He finally started the car. A new journey has started today, A journey of New Feelings, A Journey of New Happiness!

It was indeed the Rain Of Love for Them, The nature smiled!
