Actually being selfless is something one chooses to do, yes he’s not selfless when it comes to his family, especially his mother. I’ll always say that what he’s doing to his mother, it’s unfair, she doesn’t have any idea that her son is playing with fire. And yes Nahi will realize her feelings now after seeing the Majnu Farhad, but don’t you really think that she wouldn’t have rejected him in the first place had he belonged to the same societal class as Mahi’s? Isn’t that the whole point? I mean if Mahi can say yes and blush about Taimoor even without meeting him or knowing him, why would he reject Feedi whom she had spend a whole week and all those friendly meetings had he been from the same class background?
She’s not in love with him because he turned out to be a self destructive Majnu, she’s just overwhelmed with the fact that someone she played with turned out to be so much about her that now his existence is only about her, it has moved her, and as I have said earlier, Mahi always had seen the love in his eyes, she chose to ignore, that’s why she’s restless that the love she had seen has become his life’s motive now.
About cheating Taimoor, well I’ll still wait for the episodes to play but I honestly believe that she might try to talk and call off the wedding but it’ll be too late.
Yes, their own actions will lead to their downfall, Feedi will live a loveless and lonely life whereas Mahi will live as a widow and still love Feedi, but for everything they did in their stupidity wasn’t a crime, people make mistakes and that’s what they did but they would still find a happy ending had Feedi and Mahi belonged to the same societal background. And after all that’s been said and done, both of them are innately good human beings and they’ve never tried to harm anyone and as we say acche logo ke saath humesha Accha hota hai, so kya ye dono itne bure hai ki ek bhul ki wajah de both of them will lead a cursed life?
I’m not complaining about the ending, I’m just stating that it’s cruel if either of them has to see the other one dying.
I was just talking abt how the characters come across to me. N it's the writers failure..na Farhad ka na Mahi ka falling in love phase was convincing enuf , what happens after that will also trouble me till the end. It has to end tragically either ways , even if mahi fell in love with Farhad at the first sight or thy spent time together like veer zaara.
As for class difference, I don't think even Farhad would fall in love with Mahi if she was his neighbour like.naheed. infact if both were rich or poor , I will probably see a real love story lol . Love story between between servant and shehzadi is so out of place. Either make it a successful love story like do bol ... Phir dekhne mein maza aayega. Fantasy land mein bhi dukh bhari kahani , what's the point ? 😁 They embark on an impossible journey and then cry ke manzil nai mili ..arre ye toh hona hi hai
