I personally think that there is no way to make Shaurya doubt Anokhi's feelings for him at this moment. She literally has put it all out there starting from when she came to fight for him at the police station. He got all the validation he needed there and when she confessed her insecurities too, it was clear that she was only that hurt because she loves him. Of course now she came all the way to Goa, asked him to repeat what he said, says that she has an answer for him. Babli used the word pyaar in front of him and neither of them were particularly shocked nor did either of them try and brush that word away. So it's hard for me to imagine him MUing her. What I can potentially see is if we do go down the engagement track, that BM will somehow find a way to pressurize him externally and internally and he has to find a way to delicately get out of that situation (might be her promise). In the meantime he will ask Anokhi to have faith in him that he'll handle it and she will. And I can see that these two won't get the time needed to talk as much perhaps as they both deal with their respective families and issues. We know that the moment these two have a chance to communicate, there is no such thing as MUs but when they can't, they have scope to build. Shaurya might continue to be annoyed by ACP's closeness to her, even though he is secure in her feelings for him. And with Babli being worried about her sister's place in the life of a man who supposedly is getting engaged, she might end up acting out of protectiveness. Obviously this is all speculation and I have no idea if we will even see an engagement type track but I feel like there is a chance.
As for maligning her character, she can definitely do that. Devi had no problem calling up Anokhi for staying in Shaan's place or saying that she is taking advantage of their kindness after the rustication drama. So there is totally scope for that and if that does happen, I would love to see Shaurya's reaction because Devi will likely use all the words he used for Anokhi at one time too. It'll force him to relive that moment and hopefully we see some more introspection on one, where his wrong beliefs come from, and two, what the consequences of such harsh allegations are.

@bold: I am dreading about this. 😬It is likely to happen and it must too. Shaurya’s self-introspection is key for the story to be realistic and move forward .His relationship with Aastha will also be highlighted in that process. ❤️

I feel Shaurya is eventually going to turn softer towards Shastha's relationship, because now he understands what true love feels like. He ridicules his dad for turning majnu, but he does the same thing for Anokhi too. He cannot "think" of anyone else except Anokhi, but he wanted his dad to move on lol. I really hope SS sees how twisted love is, and how he cannot control what his dad feels, just like he himself couldn't control falling for Anokhi.
