The other bit about today’s episode was Malini’s line during the monologue - I treated them badly. I know. So what, I was not wrong. That is going to be her for the next 100 episodes. This was as subtle as a ton of bricks but the makers fit that scene in nicely. She will justify every single misconduct of hers with an I’m the victim card. And unfortunately people who like her character are going to go for it. Sometimes I get amazed how people want to overlook these glaringly obvious flaws in order to prop her up as someone who has been sacrificed at the altar.

Oh yes, thanks for reminding me....haha yes that was another big one from Didi today😆. The TOTAL LACK OF REMORSE for treating Adi-Imlie badly 👏😆.....what irony.....yahaan Adi-Imlie are drowning in guilt to try and avoid hurting her and she is feeling SATISFIED after hurting them....nice, Didi, nice👏

Let's see how far she tries to stretch this card....lol I don't think it's going to play very well no matter how much victimhood is attached to it...and I'm talking about general audience now, not the people who will blindly defend her even for murdering anyone at this point😆.

Malini crossed some very big lines very obviously today....and I don't think any of this is going to generate sympathy for her now.

LOL I was laughing so much that she was expecting support from Sita Maiyya on this.....Malini didi, ek hi toh person is always Team Imlie - uski pyari Sita Maiya....unse aap support na expect karein aapke nefarious intentions ke liye😛

Waise I just find it so lame that Malini only goes to pray jab uska matlab hota hai....otherwise usko ghanta matlab Bhagwaan ji se.....they played ominous music only when she was doing that aarti waise toh....lol

So much for Prakash being a friend too jab usse sehan nahi hua ke imlie ki life main kuch acha ho raha hai he couldn't even let mithi have her choti si khushi of her daughter achieving something big and taking pride in her khud toh BA compart wala imlie ko Parwaan chadhta kaise dekh le.. khud devdas bana hai toh saare iske liye dukhi ho jaayein yeah right sab ek thelle ke chatte baate and this is why this show is so awesome they show you the asliyat in such subtle ways we witness these people everyday everywhere thinking they have some power when in reality they show their aukaat and bitterness day and night thinking they are doing some noble job

Rofl exactly ! But then duniya ka Dastoor hai bhagwan tab hi yaaad aata hai jab matlab hota hai. But frankly kuch beleiveable nahi lagta in malini ki bhakti not even by trp bahu standard bhi ke bas trp ke liye yeh bhakti dikha rahi hai.. it reeks of superficiality and are you done now..

@bold - oh totally. I think the general janta totally gets her now. And it is not like the makers were making too much of an effort to hide who she is. The murder defenders I think like Mayuri the person and hence the total devotion to Malini 😆 Story se kuch farak padta hai nahin unko. 😆

The audacity of it all is that she thinks she is not her mother after all this. I almost laughed out loud at that.

And that is the problem na yaar.. people mix onscreen offscreen we don't hate mayuri never did .. it is not her fault the character is like that.. she is doing her job.. the dislike is for the character not the person.. heck we always made the point ke she is the one who somewhat sambhaloes this and does it differently than usual vamps or 3rd angles on TV.. she is a lovely person from whatever we have seen of her and I admire the person who is doing her job in such a sorted way heck all of them are but then we can't help if people can't keep the 2 separate and bash a character based on something that is so unrelated.

So Malini is just going to be Mrs. C part two now.....I think you're all underestimating Imlie's capacity to take the crap the Chaturvedis throw at her 😆....she hasn't pushed back at a single Chaturvedi to date and aage bhi nahin karegi....Malini ke case mein the guilt trip will continue to supersede everything for Imlie.....and Malini will now do things with more conscious calculation....toh Imlie ko ghumaati rahegi apni baaton mein with a sweet act when needed.

I think what the last scene showed was that Imlie will not say anything to Malini, but she will still hold on to her sindoor independently....koi usko insult kar le, mitaane ki koshish kar le....Imlie will find a way to hold on to her belief....no one can take that away from her, not even Malini didi.....her belief has always been an independent thing for Imlie....seperate from all the other things she feels guilt for😆

It's likely Adi who is going to notice and react to the mask slipping from Malini's face now as she directly attacks Imlie's sindoor....usmein ab Adi ka bhi toh personal stake hai since that sindoor is his marzi se diya hua gift to Imlie😆

What I meant is that Imlie’s inner strength will shine through. She will still feel guilt, that is not going anywhere. But everytime Malini did something wrong with Imlie, Imlie usually apologized or cried or felt hurt. But today when Malini removed her sindoor, she did not care two hoots about it and in the next moment removed her sindoor bottle and reapplied it. This time no sorry, no crying and no hurt. Her inner strength shown through in this scene. Aditya toh dekhta hi reh gaya. 😆 Waise who carries their sindoor to college.😆

Imlie will never attack Malini for all the wrong she does. She might never speak up also. But Imlie will still win as for her what the sindoor signifies is sacred, close to her heart. And anyone who tries to get rid of her sindoor (it’s meaning in her life not so much as the red powder itself) without her permission will lose. Aditya tried in his own way for imlie to let go of their relationship and he lost. It is Malini’s turn now. Imlie’s faith in the destiny her SM chose for her is too strong.

In short, I just loved to see how disturbed Malini was with Imlie wearing sindoor and how casually Imlie reapplied it like what Malini did, it did not matter one bit to her. This is the first time I felt Imlie’s indifference toward Malini’s actions.

Not that we need any reminding of it but the watch bit showed another difference in Imlie’s devotion and Malini’s 7 saal ka so called pyaar. Imlie is happy with just having Aditya’s old watch with her always in order to feel that he is with her. Malini only understands if it is a continuous material demonstration of his time with her like a date. These gems of scenes that they intersperse throughout is why we hardly get bad episodes. A lot gets told with very less.

Thanks for pointing this out. This is some layered writing the writers of this show are portraying. Everything is not told to us in a straight forward way. The audience have to connect the dots too.
