If Kartik misbehaved in any shape or form, Dharma Productions is within their rights to fire him and try to salvage their investment, it's a business! No one really knows what transpired least of all the idiot savant kangana. What if he abused anyone, or misbehaved with anyone or simply just not show up to work, in any job they do not put up with that, why should KJo put up with it just because he is an "outsider" ? If anything kangana has made it extra hard for outsiders to be trusted or tolerated if they misbehave, for fear another kangana develops.
