Mentor and all is fine but ash is under ETF/Rathore now. She really can't cross that line, sulking and feeling offended is fine but she's better than that, shouldn't let it hamper professional relationships. Also major needs to understand it too, though army has more jurisdiction than ETF but they can be mutually respectful and work together.
