It might be confusing for them but maybe a small note to say we want a positive Mandaar for xyz reason...

A backstory would be great! RR-MD tashan will be worth the watch!! 😈

Now that I do actually think of it, maybe Mandar ran away after his dad asked him to go for the work. Similar to how Pallavi forgot her purse in the car, and it seemed to Raghav like harm had befallen her, he left proofs in a way that led others to believe he is dead. Reasons could vary from familial pressure to run household after his father's heart attack (with him having no interest in DSE); already having a significant other (if he is already married, the one with Pallavi is anyways nullified); being involved in some illegal stuff (that can be traced to Raghav/Lion); and then him returning after seeing DSE do well in hopes of paying off some dues and just basic greed. That will be interesting!

I've never watched na bole tum, but maybe I should because I keep hearing good things about it.

+1 to Mandaar running away from the Deshmukh madness. I can't blame him.

Kuch to mehnat kare banda, warna uski life mein to aish hi aish hai. Amma ek din maan hi jayengi ... Also, he needs to overcome his negative perception of women and understand that some women (beyond family) are worth fighting for. And no, I didn't mean BWA here!

Oh if they knew each other in the past, then Mandaar would know all of Raghav's weak spots and manipulate things accordingly, leaving him super frustrated!

Like they showed in a spoiler, if RR just threatens to vacate her house and she marries him, and that is termed as hate, then this entire exercise is gonna go waste! Coz I really dont want the Deshmukhs moving into the Rao mansion and doing kabaada of it with their constant tamasha. Hopefully the widow of Mandar Deshmukh does not imply that change.

It's also harder to write such tracks with all the sensitivities involved as they take longer to complete and tend to focus on deeper emotions as opposed to over-the-top drama that ITV audiences are used to. Not all writers have that ability but if they could make it work, it would note only create an amazing arc, but also allow people to see growth in Raghav and Pallavi's character. Not everything will go as they plan, they go by the book, ishq par zor nahin, etc. For Raghav, especially, he will not the be only king in the story and all this wealth and power will not guarantee that Pallavi will be his. He will be forced to rely on his emotions and that is something we all know he struggles with. For Pallavi, this would be the ultimate act of looking after her own interests and having the courage to choose her happiness over what society and the Deshmukhs would expect of her. I am hoping her brother would guide her through it because I don't see anyone else being able to.

Yes ofcourse! They will have to make us sympathise with all three at once, while also wanting Pallavi to make the right choice, which is difficult to simultaneously do, coz you might end up having one group propagating that she needs to give Mandar a fair chance, and another stating how Raghav is her soulmate and she needs to stick to her decision. In addition to just Raghav and Pallavi, even the Raos and Deshmukhs, who might have come to terms with RaghVi, will have to join their own camps and expect Pallavi to stay or go away based on the circumstances. As is with all shows, the FL is usually the plot device used to advance the narrative, so one step here and there, and her character will be ruined. It is easier to write off a negative/grey ex because then these above complications do not come in and everyone is rooting for only a singular angle ~ RaghVi. Even the Deshmukhs then (Sharda, Manasi, Milind) + her Dada/Vahini can then be placed in a manner where they can help Raghav get Pallavi back on his side, and her to figure out her real emotions without guilt, coz the third angle becomes sorta redundant.

That is true, but more than Amma and Keerti, I do trust Farhad's judgement because he sees the issue from Raghav's side too and explains it to him in a more logical manner. Sorry, I am biased, but Amma and Keerti writing him off and looking at only the other side sometimes does more harm than good. Pallavi is a long way.
