@bold 1: He is doing that more and more right?.. Like he does not know how to handle her or her words or her smile and he cannot do moon jaap as that would be a lie so he just turns off or deviates. The more he is doing that the more her restlessness and obsessiveness is increasing. She wants that one evening or one time with him where his focus is only her and she is not getting that from him so her obsessiveness is increasing but her obviousness is not decreasing.

That photo stunt was beyond phony. She had to do something because all the Ts were simply happy and if it means twisting the knife in to Aditya a bit more. Why not? About 7 years....complacency lets you overlook things I guess? Considering he was dragging his feet about getting married, maybe he was subconsciously always aware that marriage would be one step too far. Let’s see if they show it to the extent of Aditya actually looking back.

Aditya is over her. And not even interested in token niceties anymore. Who knows what transpires in that fight but those faces Aditya was making in the precap, that was of someone who is done, done with the relationship, done with her. But Malini being Malini is going to fail to recognize it or question it. Considering everything has to fall at Imlie’s door for the guilt of turning him away from precious Malini.

Adi has mostly just stopped responding to Malini in anyway.....it's very token hi/hello, polite smiles....and yes that is driving up her restlessness/obsessiveness.....even if she fights with him, she will soon revert to her usual tears/guilt trips as well....how long does Adi think he can manage this in silent mode? lol kuch toh stance lena padega Malini-wise even if Imlie hasn't made her decision yet. Things will come to a head at this rate cuz Malini is getting more crazed now. Adi doesn't seem like he can manage to go back to doing Moon jaap to pacify her...toh phir dusra option toh yehi hai ki itna toh sach toh bol do that you can't give her what she wants.....Malini just may drive him up the wall enough for him to admit he doesn't love her.....lol phir kya hoga?

Think Adi has noticed didi's mood swings when he appreciates Imlie or looks at her. When he was admiring her in the sari, he quickly changes his expression, when didi came back from her selfie session. I think he has not dwelled on it too much at this point of time, but I think he will soon enough as his patrakaari senses seems to have kicked in big time, after having gone to sleep for a while. He schooled his face to that of a polite smile and did not gaze at her when he left with Imlie.

Imlie listening to AdiMun arguement the previous day about Adi breaking his promise of a date night, listening to him list out why he needs to take Imlie's IV and accompany her, (was the catalyst) for Imlie to make the confession to Adi, in a roomful of people. It was a private conversation that only the both of them understood. the entire PC scene was crafted so beautifully, right from showing Imlie's nervousness to Adi's confidence in her, to her calling herself SRK to Adi's soft caress, telling to speak from the heart.. was ❤️ As was the subtle signals that he is with her every step of the way, letting her find her feet, fly free without trying her down, that was true partnership spirit on display. The way Adi signaled with his hand to slow down, spoke to her with his eyes, pride shining fiercely from them, for HER, that broke through Imlie's resistance before she accepted his gifts so publicly. That she values his gift more than anything that cannot be measured by money and that she is not alone. Adi's persistence has made a dent in her resolve and she is taking baby steps towards him. He is happy with that.

I adored the Mithi - Aditya convo, how he was able to be honest with her, expressing his thoughts on SK who he likened to a diamond unlike the plain glass that Dev is. Adi touched me on many levels right from the PC actions, to his posture of utter alertness and pride shining from him, when Imlie was speaking to his chat with Mithi.

ST was awesome in the PC scenes and with the T's. Just loved how Aparna was fussing over her like her own child. Also during the PC, when I saw Aparna, I felt that she was sensing some shift in the words of Imlie or maybe she will later piece them together like how they all did when Adi had banned Imlie entry to his room. her expression was rather thoughtful or so it felt to me.

As for you know who, not going to comment on her shenanigans.😆

I feel like the only way to extract them with some sense and dignity out of this mess is to look back at those 7 years.

Without that, it will continue to be viewed as him supposedly overnight falling out of love with Malini, which would be a misrepresentation of what’s actually happened. The relationship is over for him, we can see that. But complete silence in the face of Malini’s questions also won’t take this anywhere....something’s gotta give. And soon.

Malini’s cluelessness has been long established so she will need it to be spelt out for her since she keeps saying she doesn’t know anything but somehow still has the capability to do twisted games like fake smiles and sari charity 🤷‍♀️. I don’t think Adi can sustain this situation that long in just this silent mode. Malini ko ya toh dates chahiye ya answers 😆....

At this rate, either Adi has to give her some portion of the truth or he has to be ready for more twisted and crazed stunts from her daily. I actually would love to see him calling out her fake smiles 😆....but maybe I’m expecting too much from Adi to be able to see what she’s doing.

Yes, Adi's smiles in response to Malini calling out to him are getting more and more tepid/formal😆. Feel like she only did that selfie with Imlie nautanki also to get his attention only ki dekho maine Imlie ki photo li, yeh toh you will like na😆....but Adi ne uske response mein bhi token si smile hi di....he's just damn uncomfortable around Malini all the time now😆

Heck yes also caz I felt she felt left out ke hain family ne khud se imlie ko tease kar lia without including her toh ghuss jao to get attention.. and then her calling adi sealed the deal ke look look adi I did something. It was exactly like a needy child calls out to their parent the moment they get tiniest bit if attention to say kisi aur ka bacha our of courtesy too ke phir aapka bacha aake aapko kabhi touch se attention chahe ga kabhi beech main tok ke😆Shor karke . Adi got so done by that gesture.. he was like seriously. Yeh kya hai..

Ughh😆.....itna sab hone ke baad again repeat of fainting spell and joking pretense? 🤔😆....par itna sab hone ke baad, will the “I was just joking” thing even work on Malini anymore? 😆 She doesn’t just need that, she needs dates and Moon jaap too warna nahin baithegi chain se. Is Adi capable of giving that to her anymore given that he can’t even bring himself to give her token attention? 🤷‍♀️😆

I guess only then he will realize how this was a naatak always kabhi genuinly nahi hua usse.. on a human level bhi yes he cared for her well being but it was more In a mechanical way only.. he still cares as a fellow human but ab shayad more khatke yeh dogli life .. the doglapan is something he hasn't pondered over yet. He still thinks he did things caz he had feelings of some sort if not love and he needs to see how he is the obsession and not love and malini is driven by attention seeking behavior

@bold +1....yes that's a good point....He needs clarity about what actually drives Malini's behavior. But I'm not sure if they will show him reflecting properly how he was able to do so much mushy talk with her when he didn't genuinely feel it😆.....uske liye he will have to self-reflect dhang se about how he's lived his life.

The core of the issue is that he needs to realize how Malini's constant need for pampering gestures from him pulled all of this out of him as a compulsion....he didn't do any of it out of his MARZI....lol since he does like to keep using that marzi word every other day....he should reflect on how much of what he did with Malini was actually marzi and how much of it was an automatic/mechanical response to the guilt she constantly made him feel. How much of it started with general care as a friend and she managed to guilt him into giving her much more out of that sense of compulsion? Again, it's not that Adi gets a pass for his own delusions for so long....he has been a willing participant in the relationship for 7 years too.....but Malini's ways of compelling him to do things for her are becoming clearer now and I do wonder what's the point of showing all this if not to uncover that side of Malini's personality for Adi too?

Waise they showed a scene a while back with Malini describing how she thinks her and Adi "fell in love" over supposedly answering the same question at some event, right?....lol but I want to hear Adi's version of that first meeting and how he apparently "noticed" Malini😆. Something tells me it won't be in alignment with how Malini remembers it given how she was trying to be all blushy about it😆.

People don't change so drastically.....it is just that their true selves get revealed in time. Adi hasn't become a new person - it was just that he hadn't discovered his true self before this. I'm more and more convinced that Malini built up a fantasy about him since day one that he just didn't bother correcting for a long time....now that fantasy is falling apart as Adi discovers his own true self and Malini can't cope with the fact that she attached herself to a fantasy, not reality.

See this is what I do not understand. How can he be so completely over her as to her existence in his life does not even really matter any longer. Right before he left for PD last time, the bridge kaand happened in which he did the movie date with her. And before that, we all saw how romantic he was being with her on valentine's day. But in PD trip, he realized his love for Imlie and that he had never really loved Malini, but how can the switch be 180 degrees in a couple of days when it comes to his relationship with Malini. He obviously must have liked her (not loved her) to have married her after 7 years. Now it seems like he can not even stand her. He has no idea who the real Malini is, so for him Malini has not changed, but only his feelings have. Yet he just cannot stand being in her company any longer, not as wife but not even as a friend. How can he go from being romantic with her (Valentine day) to so damn indifferent to her? I understand if he wants to physically distance himself from her as for him, only Imlie has a right on him, but he has emotionally distanced himself so much that he has become indifferent to her presence. This is a little tough for me to grasp.
