Raghav, even if he feels hate for Pallavi, that is also a feeling, and he has felt something so strongly for this woman, but he is not the first man to feel for her or been in his life, or that Pallavi does not acknowledge him the way she would do for Mandaar, that is a weak point there.

And Pallavi will use this point to keep Raghav at bay all the time. Raghav even in "Hulk" mode operates in the "What belongs to me, stays with me". And Pallavi, in his mind will be his wife, no matter what he says. But Pallavi will not see him as the husband.

Here Raghav would be thinking that he will never give her any rights as a wife and treat her like a caged animal. But the best part is Pallavi wifely rights to door, shaadi ko hi nahi maanegi.😆

The "paise se suhaagan nahi khareed sakte" fits here. Raghav used all his power and tricks to cage her in marriage with him, but he cannot get anything out of it. Neither the satisfaction to torture Pallavi, neither the right to call her his wife, neither the authority to call himself her husband, cause she is Mandaar's widow.

@bold... I LOVE THIS

can't wait to see the fireworks that result from the tug of war

Right now, all I can predict is, once Pallavi steps into Raghav's life, his issues will begin to resolve slowly and steadily. He may find some acceptance in his family. His Amma and sister may frequent his home, till a point when they settle in forever. He may come to know certain facts and truths. Whether he recompenses for that, don't know. And then we have Bindiya Chamkegi and her drama as well as possibility of Mandaar's return.

Fair enough, trps rule this world so dreams become secondary to kitchen politics!

I think they will both do some good for each other. Raghav will teach her how to be blunt when the situation demands for courage, and Pallavi will teach him how to be a little more integrated with the world ~ duniyaadaari and help him connect back with his estranged family. Then we will have Mandaar walk in for both of them to figure out their feelings and the Deshmukhs and Raos will keep coming in and out of the narrative as necessary.

I dont see him being possessive about her negatively at all, except when it comes to Mandar, who again could very well be someone who is going to try to use Pallavi to get back his family and business again once it prospers. RR can have those traits simultaneously. He loves someone so deeply that he does not let her fly away, but she sets his caged emotions free and teaches him to live too. He can fall in love but retain his approach. As for Pallavi, this marriage is a compromise for her where she is being forcefully deprived of the things she called her own till this point too, so she is not going to be a ball of sunshine in that house. She will speak when she is spoken to, do what is expected and move out, without actually considering it her home. Let them both be vulnerable when the situation demands it, not due to third party intervention, bas itna sa khwaab hai. This forced relationship should gradually become something they cannot live without and flow naturally with none of them backing out till he has repented truly for all he has done and she clears her head of any false accusations put on him.

@bold... aisa hi hona chahiye... I hope so!

I also want them to shed their burdens and just live a little. They have been shouldering responsibilities from a young age and grew up faster than they needed to. They can let their hair down from time to time until they are fully comfortable in each other's presence.

I do think that initially he will not approve of Pallavi maintaining close ties with the Deshmukhs - not that I see it happening if Rambo threw her out - but especially when Mandaar returns. I can see him going totally bonkers, especially when their marriage will be null and void and she can rightfully go back to Mandaar in a heartbeat. If she's already in love with him, then it would be hard but I want Raghav to woo her to convince her to divorce both her husbands and marry him properly this time.

Also, it would be much more interesting if he heard her talking to someone else about Mandaar and became curious, as opposed to her trying to taunt him by praising Mandar all the time. It's more subtle and more powerful because he will be torn between confronting her about it and keeping it to himself so as not to let on how much it affects him (while he stews in silence!).

Pallavi will take full advantage of the fact that he does not know her history and bring in Mandar in all conversations possible, drawing out the difference between both the men. He will burn with rage, jealousy and just the fact that he cannot BE in Mandar's place..ever, and try to somehow subconciously prove himself too.

Somewhere down the line also hope she finds her true calling (DSE seems to be more of the Deshmukh's dream) and she aspires to fulfil it ALONE without taking his consent on money matters too, which irks him even more coz he can help her in the journey. That will give her the identity she has always craved for too.

@bold I love this idea... Would be such a treat to watch. I think when she has her own time to think, away from the family drama, she can really get something interesting going in her professional life that she's passionate about, probably to the extent that she ignores Raghav again. He's such an attention-seeker he would envy her her work but won't be able to say anything because at heart he wants her to do well.

And possessive to woh hoga hi, kyunki if he realizes what he is feeling, he will not want Pallavi to go. And Pallavi not accepting his love or her own feelings will trigger obsession. The words sound negative, but they won't have that kind of connotation.

I think if they write these scenes well it would be magical to watch, not to mention that they would take place in that RR mansion.

Pallavi will not be Raghav 2.0 because she knows the importance of having a family and will ensure she treats everyone BARRING him like one, making him see the lack of sense in the blind revenge he might have set off on. He will feel left out but also realise the worth.

Yeah, I'm just saying that most of us like think he'll be like that, but we never know. He's unpredictable sometimes.

Also, if Amma and Keerti start living there, the dynamics will be different because she won't be his alone. He will have to share her with his family and I don't think he's shared anything with them in a while. So far, we've seen that they lead their separate lives that don't intersect. When that happens, things will be interesting to watch.

She needs to think for herself, which isn't possible at this stage. What does she want for herself? Cause after marriage, it will still be about Deshmukhs and her face loss.

For her to actually find her wings, she needs another jolt from Raghav only. Sometimes, I do feel that they may show Pallavi falling in love first since it's ITV. And Raghav may give her a rude awakening by not respecting her feelings or not reciprocating or both. And she emotionally disinvests from everything because her feelings have always let her down. So she carves her own way.

But, let's see. High hopes.

Interesting if that happens. I agree that for her to succeed, she needs her attention and emotions laser-focused on achieving something, no distractions. Only then will she grow.

I especially want him to hear about how Mandaar encouraged her to grow professionally, study further, chase her dreams and want to see if Raghav will do the same, or try to prevent her from chasing those dreams because the thinks she's doing it for Mandaar, not herself.

Re: spousal abuse, the day he does it, I'm out. Nothing can excuse it. For that matter, I won't excuse it if she metes it either.

Knowing Pallavi, she will most definitely point out the positive traits in Mandar but also exaggerate a few points to see if he will comply and follow through like you said. Knowing Raghav, he will bury his ego and try to dig up information from Deshmukhs about Mandar too so that he can verify what he is hearing from Pallavi. Till Mandar steps into the arena, no basis for spousal abuse, but beyond that after Mandar returns, if he repeats anything similar to the highway track, I will disappear.
