@bold: This I had also observed in my city. During municipal corporation elections daily cases were down to 40, all restrictions had been removed pretty much, schools were started and like one week after the elections cases started to increase again. Now 1.5 months after the elections we are getting 400 cases daily and I still believe the actual numbers are way higher.

Tu kaha rehta hai? UP me panchayat election ho raha hai, West Bengal me CM election aur kuch states me alag tarah ke elections ho rahe hai. Jab vaha elections khatam hoga to vaha bhi cases badhenge par logon ke paas akal hi nahi hai. Isliye government ko full lockdown karna chaahiye. Aaj India me 199338 cases aaya hai. Socho sab jagah elections khatam hokar real cases aane lage to kitna ho jaayega.
