Ikr ! They just didn't Care. They just dont care !❤️
See I will tell you , what I could decipher -
Since I really believe there was some major foreshadowing there!
Aap chod dijiye vaise bhi ye pehle se sambhla Hua tha naa
(Why are you trying to help when the pain is already stable ?! There is no need, I have been doing fine! I am capable to deal on my own! Just leave it as it is, I can do well without your care too !)
I couldn't help but think if this is going to be her defence mechanism if Shaurya ever tries to look beyond the smile she shines with ! Whenever he will get to know about the brutality she was subjected to, he will be there, and maybe he will be the first person wanting and trying to pick up the battles for her and she will refuse ! She will fight him ! But then he will fight for her.
Accha sambhla huya tha ?!
And Shaurya will see right through her. He will realise her ways and the facade of 'just happiness' she puts in front of the world. He will see the vulnerability that stays hidden behind the strength she shines with. And he won't give up! Instead he will pester her to let him in! He will question her ignorance and he will fight her walls. But at the same time, he will not let her walls crash the ground, instead he will catch the dust (pain) and mend the bricks (her refusal to acknowledge the pain); the dust he will inhale and those bricks, he will never let them pale.
Tou phir kyun aayi thi tum police station ? Sambhla hua tha naa ?
Now he reminds her that she too went out of her way to help him. And when she was there when he needed help and acknowledgement then why can't he be there for her?!
You see basically it's not her fighting for his attention but its him fighting 'with' her and 'for' her, to let him in !
Sambhla hua tha ?!
There was taunt and complain both in his tone and from the perspective part I can say, that when even after his continuous pestering she wont give in and he will see her breaking, instead of just caring for her, he will also complain 'against' her 'to' her only !
(Or maybe it was just KV making the whole set more interesting with his timing😆)
Sambhalna hai tou dhang se sambhaliye naa !
She will complain of the times when he wasn't there! She will complain about him losing direction amidst chaos and midway ! She will complain about 'their'own loss which ultimately 'they' caused.
And if we connect this to the police station scene it's her pointing out his reckless behaviour on his face but then she is not blaming him entirely, she is just complaining about his ways.
Mein dhang se hi sambhla raha hoon, tum nazdeek raha karo, tum door hoti ho tou mein khudko control nahi kar paata
He counters back with blaming her for going away from him. And at the same time he recognizes her need in his life. He tells her that he loses direction when she goes away. And 'his' reactions are somehow the result of 'her' actions.
And then with the pole thing although he tries to cover up(not entirely) but cut to that we get this beautiful scene of him asking for her support whereas the entire time he was the one who was trying to be there for her.
Ek kaam karo apna haath yahaan rakho
He will need her support ! For himself ofcourse, but even when he will try to be there for her, he would want her to match his steps. And the moment she is left behind, he will lose direction !
